“Had to return the coat as I had ordered a size too big. I had bought it in the Black Friday sale and the reorder in the right size was more expensive. Hobbs agreed to price match which I thought was fair and generous. The refund for the coat returned to a shop was actioned quickly.”

“Always very easy to deal with . I was worried my jacket was going to be subject to a delay . Hobbs contacted the courier for me and it arrived the next morning . Thank you !”

“The brand is a steady presence in the market but I wish they came up with a greater variety of designs as lately this has not been the case. Also different lengths should be offered as a few items are too short for comfort making it inaccessible for some who would prefer a decent length rather than a mini.”
