“Extremely helpful young woman who served me at the Edinburgh, George Street, store where I went to collect my order. i wanted to try the trousers on and was told I would receive help at the back of the store. As I wanted to browse a little this was fine. However, the assistant at back of the store was not quite helpful or friendly. Perhaps this was because she was serving another customer, but I was aware of her minimal help and her disinterest.”

“I would love to recommend this jacket. It looks perfect but although I ordered it on 10th June I still have not received it and confirmation email states waiting for dispatch! Trying to contact your Customer Service is almost impossible and yes I know you are busy at the moment!! I had one communication from Kay last week saying you are sourcing this elsewhere but since that nothing. My patience has run out you debited my account 24 days ago and I now want a refund!”
