“I had to return my purchase..a very light small parcel but was charged 22 57 shipping which is exorbitant .Last time I returned a similar parcel through the post office it cost far less!”

“Delivery was very quick and without any issues. Unfortunately the jumper quality was not great and it even had a small hole in one of the sleeves. Also the colour was much darker than on the website. In the end I had to return the item. This was now over a week ago, but I have not heard anything from Hobbs or got a refund promised. Not sure, if I would feel confident to order again from Hobbs which is unfortunate, as I normally like their clothes.”

“I researched the sizing of UK shoes and ordered the appropriate size. However somewhere along the line the shoe size was converted to Australian size and therefore the wrong ones were sent. I am extremely disappointed as the boots were just what I wanted. Additionally I believe I have to pay for the return to UK”
