Ordered a dress, boxed very damaged and could see £350 dress hanging out tissue paper inside -ordered this bag looked like it got fingerprints on and was very squashed -shoes that I ordered, one fit lovely, one was sewn tight -not very happy but got a full refund on all three items, and shop staff at Lincoln was very helpful and lovely.

I have bought this dress for my granddaughter's wedding in September so have yet to wear it. I have to have petite styles as I have lost height and this fits very well. I am teaming it with a navy and ivory fascinator, if necessary weather wise I have a short silk jacket in navy, navy shoes and a navy and ivory clutch bag. I have found it difficult to find a suitable dress, like sleeves for example and a midi/maxi style. I always try Hobbs dresses first and am always pleased with them.

I never received the scarf as my order was cancelled , i was refunded for the scarf but still waiting refund of p&p i have complained to customer service but still waiting a reply !

Appalling customer service Attempted several times to speak to an actual person about my missing order. The Live Chat does not work Phone lines are not open at the advertised times Hobbs held £200 of my money for 2 weeks & never once did a Hobbs employee speak to me or provide an explanation

disappointed with Hobbs and my order, plenty stock when ordering, many auto emails sent to me my item was delayed, called to be told the order was at the warehouse but didnt go through as i had ordered something else and was pushing the order through as they were in stock, two days later no email of despatch called and they would investigate, later same day received an email order cancelled goods not in stock, complete nonsense and contradiction. i thought things had improved with hobbs mail order but definetely not

Order number 18697347 has never been delivered. It was reported as delayed on 16th March and you have not given any further updates. Unacceptable.

I had to return my purchase..a very light small parcel but was charged 22 57 shipping which is exorbitant .Last time I returned a similar parcel through the post office it cost far less!
