“They looked lovely but when they were delivered one was broken! I had a Hobbs birthday voucher for £20. I chose to spend on these earrings- BAD choice. Delivered damaged. Hobbs charged me full price even though they had 20% off. They then charged me £3.95 for delivery! On refunding a damaged good, they refunded me £5 but no delivery charge. Wished Hobbs had never given me a £20 birthday gift! They cost me £3.95 for absolutely NOTHING!!! DISGUSTING”

“Always good quality products and take care with deliveries. Free returns if unsuitable which is a good bonus. I’d like more of the dresses and trousers to be in the petite range as I’m short and a lot of them are too long, particularly dresses with detail on bottom of skirts so unable to alter due to having to cut the pattern off so then it alters the look of the dress. Plus it’s annoying to have to either alter it yourself or pay for this to be done.”

“Does what I need. At 76 and a dress without sleeves it covers the upper arm and will keep any chill off hopefully IF it ever warms up this year!!”
