“I paid extra for chosen delivery day, this was not adhered to, parcel left in full view on the door step of an unoccupied house in the pouring rain, I have taken photos of the parcel, it was like papier-mâché, a kind neighbour saw it and brought took it in the next day. I am appalled at the service of a £150 dress, I emailed but just received a standard fob off reply, should I not get any satisfaction to this I will be contacting your CEO with photos, I love the dress but have not yet decided whether to keep it as this experience has ruined my love of the brand.”

“So happy to have the option of the Petite Range, and wish that all dresses, trousers, and coats were offered the same across all ranges. Style along with the correct fit for someone 5’ 3” in height is paramount in their appearance, instead if returning item, or paying for a “standard” fit item to have a further cost to have it altered. I love Hobbs Clothing, and can’t wait to see the Spring Range of clothing. Thank you.”
