“Lovely dress but not for me so sent back. Only issue was that I ordered a 14 & 16. The 14 arrived separately and was the midnight purple not the blue that I'd ordered. Sent them all back together but initially was only refunded for the 2 jackets and one dress. After an email to Hobbs, the 14 dress was refunded so all sorted.”

“Order has not been received. I have tried to call Hobbs but no response to phone, WhatsApp or email! One order was sent straight back by courier. I reordered and second order was left on drive and never received. I am now £600 out of pocket and no dresses! Please contact me to arrange phone call. Thanks.”

“The Carman dress arrived completely creased with a stain. It had been packed with very little care, I am very disappointed as I have wasted time and money returning it. I have writen to head office but no response. Terrible customer service. It was be nice to have my complaint acknowledged. When I returned it to the store in Tunbridge Wells, the customer service was poor, I did not even receive an apology.”

“The standard delivery was slow as was delivery to store. (Ordered 3 x coats different sizes at different times & different delivery options.) No updates as to despatch or tracking. Expect better when paying P&P. Next day delivery did arrive next day. Not sure which order this review is for.”

“I may have given a position review if l had received correct order. Two size tens received instead of sizes 8 and 10. I ordered size 8 again and got a completely different jacket. Gave up and had to chase up refunds today as only one of the three jackets refunded. Exhausting and frustrating experience”
