“The online order and store pick-up process were easy and straightforward. The shop was a bit busy when I picked up my parcel, so there was a short wait, and then they couldn't find the parcel at first, but everyone was friendly, professional and helpful.”

“Hobbs service stated next day delivery before 8pm and ordered next day delivery extra cost and gift box. Ordered at 7.45pm but didn't get next day delivery, it came the following day.”

“When I purchased the Cavendish coat, in the "Return" instructions in my confirmation email, there was no indication that I would not recieve the full refund amount if I needed to ruturn the item. I will sadly need to return the coat (I wish I did not have to but it is too large) but I will not be ordering from Hobbs again.”

“I love Hobbs and visiting my local shop but also order on line. Always well packaged and well presented, I return via post and shop it would eb nice to have the Try before you Buy that some of the other companies like Hobbs use. Therefore not havng to pay out for two sizes...which means not tying my money up as you ahve to wait so long for refinds.”
