“How can I review an express order which still hasn't arrived two weeks later? Hobbs say dispatched. DHL say not handed over. Hobbs pretend to be dealing with it. Then send two emails asking for reviews. I am not canceling. I want my order. Who is conning who? I am not canceling my order.”
