The coat is lovely (if a little creased). What was extremely disappointing was the courier Evri. I had to wait for over 2 weeks for delivery. Very poor tracking system, as well as misleading.I only received the package after I contacted Hobbs. From there on, service much improved. Not at all impressed with Evri as a courier.

I bought this dress online and the process was easy. Shipping was no issue (I live in the U.S.) and it arrived fairly quickly and in good shape.

Love the clothing. Service is great. But returns from website purchases are a challenge. Hobbs should allow website purchases to be returned to brick and mortar stores.

Terrible customer service and misleading information. I was not informed of correct return costs before purchasing, and the instructions for the return window were completely inconsistent. The information provided online was contradicted by a follow-up email from the company admitting their instructions were 'inaccurate.' The actual return cost was higher than what was stated on their website. This lack of accuracy and poor customer service is very disappointing. To make it worse, I returned my parcel on 10 March and reached out to the customer center on 20 March to understand whether my parcel had been successfully arrived. They asked me to wait 14 working days, so I waited. After 14 working days I reached out again and they said it will be taking 21 working days, so again asked for more days. Waiting is fine but they need to provide correct instruction, not changing their words every time. To make matters worse,

I have sent the dress back but haven't had a refund yet . I sent it back 10 days ago now , and realise the website states it can take up to 14 days to receive a refund . It has been 10 days since I returned the dress , if only they could at least let me know by email that they have received the dress back for peace of mind , it would help .
