“I ordered this on 11/29. It is 12/16 and I still do not have it. I have emailed your customer service team 3 times with zero help or support. The item shows shipped with DHL, but DHL is telling me they have not received it and it has not been checked into their terminal. Unsure if I’ll even receive the item. I purchased this for my grandmother for Christmas. If I am not going to receive it, I would love the luxury of being able to purchase something else for her in time for the holiday.”

“I like the service from Hobbs whether its in the shops or online, The style, quality, presentation is of a high quality. The parcel system is beautifully packaged, its a delight to open the box. Just dont use Evri as a courier!!! A very satisfied customer”

“Wife likes Hobbs so I bought these Xmas gifts for her but she has seen them now so the surprise is ruined and I may as well return them and buy something else. You have let me down and I won’t use online services again. You also owe me £5 for the gift boxes that didn’t arrive. Will be interesting to see if you respond or try and put this right, no response to my email a week ago.”

“The time from ordering to delivery was quick, despite it being near to Christmas. I ordered 2 sizes so had to return one of the cardigans. I was surprised to learn that if I returned the cardigan by post it would take up to 28 days for me to receive a refund which I was not happy about. I therefore travelled to my nearest shop 20 miles away to get a quicker refund. The shop assistant was very friendly and efficient.”
