“I had a problem with the first dress I bought. The hem was not even, the top layer of chiffon was too long in one place, and the lining showed through the dress so that you could see the dress was uneven. Dress also came creased in a small bag giving the impression that the dress had been sent out before and then put back into the bag not steamed again and without being folded correctly.”

“The dress was a good fit, nice shape, but didn’t suit me at all. The material felt very strange and I think it was the material that gave the dress a washed out look, as if it had lost its vibrancy and dull. Had to send back, as even though in the same was still quite expensive and did not look good enough and I did not like enough to keep. If honest there were 2 other dresses I wanted but seem to be waiting forever for them to come back into stock. Pity because I really like Hobbs clothes”

“Have been using Hobbs for years for dresses, including last season. However, this season although the dresses were lovely, beautiful fabric etc, but listed as Midi length, (which I also had last season), but they were beyond ankle length. I'm 5' 6" and never had a problem with "Midi" before. So disappointing. I dont buy things to have to return them,”

“The order took some time to arrive due to there being low stock. I received an email informing me of a delay. I waited 2 weeks and then emailed to confirm a timeframe and the dress then arrived 3 days later. Dress was packaged well.”

“The Skylar Shower Resistant Trench Coat in khaki green is beautiful and looks high quality, but I haven’t worn it yet, so I can’t comment on its rain resistance. I’m normally between a size 10 and 12, but I bought a size 12 since the 10 was a bit too tight on me. It fits perfectly!”
