“Beautiful dress however I am now on my 3rd reorder of this dress as the last 2 have been faulty in that the zip was getting stuck at the thick part of the waistband. Hobbs customer service have been excellent however despite asking for and being assured the replacement would be checked before dispatch, this clearly hasn’t happened. Hopefully 3rd time lucky.”

“I find the orering and delivery are very good. The items I have purchased are of good quality. The fashion is suitable for a large age range. Some dresses that are of a shorter length (classic style) would be nice to see as knee length (such as tunic style and shift/straight slightly fitted) Half length sleeves or sleeves that cover the upper arm would be an asset for older women.”
