“The trousers and t shirt arrived beautifully packaged and on time. Very pleased with both, but trousers are about and 1.5 inches too long. I am 5ft 5inches tall, so fairly average height. A little bit of a drag to get them altered! But I will order again as the fit is so good.”

“I love the dress, the fit, the way it hangs, the fabric and colour, but it's way too long. As I am able to shorten it on my sewing machine I've kept it, but every lady at an average 5 ft 4 in will have to shorten it, or incur extra expense paying somebody else to do it. Why do Hobbs make all their clothing to fit 5 ft 9 in models, when an average customer is so much shorter?”

“The top was ordered at Easter so it took 3 days to despatch. Evri then took 11 days to deliver it after arriving at the delivery depot. I live rurally and the courier said he can't afford to come out here very often. Whilst this doesn't reflect well on Evri, it doesn't reflect well on Hobbs either.”
