“A very pretty top which can be worn casually or formally I had it delivered to my local store which was just as well as it arrived extremely creased. Fortunately the lady in store steamed it for me The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.”

“I have been shopping with Hobbs since the company was founded and have always been impressed by the quality of their clothing and footwear. The garments are beautifully made, with excellent attention to detail, and the fabrics are generally of a very high standard. One of the things I particularly appreciate is the consistency of their sizing, which I find to be accurate and reliable across different styles. This makes shopping, whether in-store or online, much easier and more enjoyable. Hobbs continues to offer timeless, elegant pieces that are both stylish and well made. “Efficient service and delivery. I ordered trousers on a discount offer, but they were a little large and long. Waited for out of stock petite length to come in but weeks went by and no sign, so returned the original pair and purchased smaller size (now at the higher price) and when received I took them for shortening (more money). Anyway, the petite are now instock and I'm still awaiting the dressmaker to do the ones I received. Just my luck!”

“All my interactions with the Hobbs shop in Bath have been excellent, but I can't say the same for the website. Each time I've tried to order something online, I get as far as the payment page, input all my credit card details, think everything's gone through - and then the blank page appears again, asking for all my details, but without any explanation or indication of what I've done wrong and need to do again, so I've just given up (and hoped that the credit card details I've provided will be cancelled). It's very frustrating. If I've done something wrong, there needs to be some sort of indication of what I have to put right so that my order can go through. Any other similar website I've used for other companies makes that sort of thing very clear.”
