“My dress arrived on time and was packed very well. Very happy with my dress and this is the second dress I have bought from Hobbs. Love both of them and look forward to buying more when I see any more I like but they must have three quarter sleeves or long enough to cover my arms.”

“The quality of Hobbs clothes is very good and usually flattering. I find they fit well generally and the sizing charts are accurate. My only criticism is that some items, but by no means all, arrive creased.”

“Some issues with another order, although dress was received eventually the lack of direct contact and having to wait for the reply to enquiries isnt the best customer outcome. However, this is no different to other online shopping experiences. As far as the Angelica dress goes though, the delivery process was good and also the returns of other sizes. It was also well packaged and wrapped in tissue paper too.”

“Still producing good quality sharply tailored garments the majority of the time,despite the financial constraints affecting the fashion business currently.The staff in Southampton West Quay branch are polite,friendly and attentive.Nicoletta 's help in particular was above and beyond.She could see I was struggling with several parcels and even though I was only collecting goods which I had ordered from Hobbs and not purchasing in store, provided me with excellent customer service,repackaging the garments for me very carefully,to enable me to carry them easily.”

“Hobbs was my go to store for workwear . Now retired I buy less frequently. The staff in the stores are very knowledgeable and keen to help which makes for a great shopping experience . Hobbs shoes are worth every penny and last for years and their clothing styles are classic so don't tend to date therefore can be regarded as investment pieces”
