“Over the years I and my many friends and daughters have bought from Hobbs because the designs, colours, fit and overall quality has been of a high standard which sadly seems to be disappearing with others. This item was bought using a £20 gift voucher for my birthday, I was twice reminded to use. The voucher to be used on ANY FULL PRICE ITEM. It was. Hobbs have charged the full amount and declined the Voucher the item which was be donated to the Prizes for a Charity competition at my club. In early July I had to return a skirt and chase hard to get a refund, finally in Sept it came. Discussing at the club I find this is not something rare. One professional lady whose items never arrived despite evidence from the courier lost in transit you ignored. Others have been put off and remain hresitant. Ordering on line, hit and miss if you get a returns label, there was non with this necklacel I was 'about' to order a coat but decided, too risky. Having spent spent time in HR myself I would be looking at staff, I would be concerned. It is sad to see what we always found to be a good organisation deteriorating . My fellow members hearing of the situation described it as a 'scam' my comment to them decide as you will, but beware.”
