“I would have loved the dress but was sent a size 18 instead of an 8. To make matters worse there was no return label included in the package AND to finish customer services are only available from 9am - 1pm - not good customer service. So disappointing when over the years I have bought many things from Hobbs”

“Glasgow was excellent girls were lovely and very professional and were confident to assume you were purchasing which is great and they folded my outfit beautifully, then I realised when online it was available in petite do I ordered and collected at silverburn so returned the one I bought in Glasgow the lady in silverburn then told me Glasgow got the sale and silverburn got the deficit, which I didn’t really need to know as I still spent £180 with Hobbs”

“Had a few telephone ordering issues lately kept waiting far too long to speak to Hobbs ordering staff. Also missing returns label in my orders unfortunately my nearest Hobbs store is approximately 60 miles each way from me had to travel there to return an item”
