“Beautiful dress however I am now on my 3rd reorder of this dress as the last 2 have been faulty in that the zip was getting stuck at the thick part of the waistband. Hobbs customer service have been excellent however despite asking for and being assured the replacement would be checked before dispatch, this clearly hasn’t happened. Hopefully 3rd time lucky.”

“Ordered two pairs of Greta Sneaker. Never received, Hobbs failed to provide updates and their customer service is only accessible via Ai bot. It took 17 days to find out package status and today they finally said it was lost! If I want item reorder. Why would I reorder with this poor salesmanship and customer service....geez🙄!”

“I am an elderly petite person and Hobbs petite are classy and fit me well. I just wish they did a 25" smart trouser. The copper/black jumper is lovely, love it but wonder if I should have ordered a smaller size. But I love Hobbs for the quality and fashion they give me. Again though, please do a short trouser , we are not all models! Love Hobbs 2”
