“A little on the pricy side but lots of nice, well-made, flattering clothes if you can snap them up in the sale. The jackets in particular have a very stylish, classic cut.”

“Clothes / Shoes etc usually of good quality. I also like that a returns label is enclosed. (Though that hasn't happened a couple of times so have taken item back to Hobbs shop)”

“Love the Hobbs brand because the clothing is well designed and well made. Whenever I wear a Hobbs item I always get compliments! But top marks go to the petite collection. I find it difficult to get clothing to fit me!”

“They cancelled my order and then sent me an email to review... I ordered the coat when there were a few left in stock, then waited a week and heard nothing. I contacted Hobbs, I was told that the coat would be sent out shortly, next I heard they'd cancelled the order. Not helpful during gifting season... Not helpful”

“I love Hobbs sale. It allows me to purchase quality items for my wardrobe. I never looked at Hobbs for clothes because of the price but now own a beautiful coat & jacket. I know I can be confident when I send back returns. Good comunication and excellent customer service.”

“I’m not sure why Hobbs asked me for a review. I ordered the Livia coat in a UK 12 during their sale, but a week later my order was cancelled because that size was allegedly out of stock. Yet, just an hour later, size 12 was listed again—this time at full price. Such a disappointment. I expected better from Hobbs, but it seems they’re no different from many other brands that don’t truly value their customers.”
