“My only gripe is your courier service is very poor paid next day delivery and still didn’t get cost until 7 days later did get refund but you need to look into better courier service”

“You need to refer to my correspondence with your customer service people. They have responded quickly and politely, but my TWO orders for this dress have gone astray "lost in transit" from Evri delivery company in whom I have no confidence at all.”

“The dress looks classy and good quality in the photo, however in real life it does not. The dress has severals pulls in the fabric and the fabric is very flimsy. Good sizing by the look of it.”
