I have shopped with Hobbs (online) for some years. I find that the clothes are as advertised and are delivered promptly. Any problems are dealt with efficiently and fairly. My only quibble is that I would like the range of petite clothing to be more extensive.

I am another dissatisfied customer who would have probably given a 5 star review if I had received the coat. You cancelled my order although the coat is still showing as available to order on your website. I ordered on Friday 28th and it was still available to order on Monday 1st December but you cancelled! Still available today Sunday 7th Dec at full price? Did you cancel because I bought at Black Friday reduced price? Shocking service.

I buy many clothes from Hobbs as they are of excellent quality and a fair price. Always have offers too. Sizing is consistent for me , size 10 . Sometimes the midi clothes are too long but the length is stated clearly . I am 5 foot 4 inches.

Hobbs is my favourite place to shop for good quality, well fitting clothing. I mostly shop online and the service is excellent. I am a petite size, and the Hobbs petite range is excellent.

Hobbs delivered the package on time and I am happy with the quality of the product. However, extra care should have been taken to wrap the jacket in more than a small piece of tissue paper. The box was slightly squashed when it arrived, exposing a part of the coat that was not wrapped. There is a dark spec that will not come off and I have accepted this because of the discount, but I do wonder whether things would’ve been different if I had paid full price for the coat
