“Items sent quickly. Prompt delivery by Royal Mail, however the box was damaged, not particularly well packaged. Fortunately nothing was damaged and I am very pleased with my purchases, just sent one item back, very easy process to return. Awaiting my refund.”

“Mixed service quality from Hobbs but expected better. Paid for a Saturday delivery. Lack of or rather no delivery information from courier other than email 25/4/26 00:41 to advise package was on its way to local depot. During 25/4 parcel tracking states that it is sitting in the local depot and has been awaiting collection from the courier since 6:21 on due delivery day. Contacted Hobbs through Facebook messenger at 12:01 who said they could help, then just said keep checking the tracking.So in fact no help! Spent all day waiting in for the items, delivery made at 17:11 by Evri courier, although for some reason Hobbs have delivery time as 16:11, which is incorrect. Dress and jacket unfortunately arrived by delivery extremely creased due to how it had been folded or lack of it, with in the package by Hobbs. Both were unwearable as received. Contacted Hobbs by WhatsApp who advised to contact Cheshire Oaks to arrange for the dress and jacket to be steamed free of charge, did feel the words “sorry to hear this, this is not what we expect at all” a very standard phrase. So a 50 minute journey both ways to go to Cheshire Oaks for them to steam the items, which they did after prior contact to arrange. So good service from them. Only ordered on line because previously visited Cheshire Oaks but they had no sizes in stock, especially the jacket which was full price and they couldn’t offer one in a size 12 to try on in a different colour. Although not good service this day, because the assistant kept pushing larger sizes than I am, and I wouldn’t have been able to judge if it fit or not.”

“Ich habe das Kleid am 11.04.26 zurückgesandt, die Retoure wurde am 15.04.26 auch zugestellt (lt. Sendungsverfolgung dpd). Es erfolgte keine Gutschrift und keine Benachrichtigung bei KLARNA. Daher habe ich am 01.05. mit Hobbs gechattet und ja, die Retoure sei angekommen, man bearbeite sie. Es ist aber bis heute (08.05.26) noch immer keine Mitteilung an KLARNA erfolgt. Eine zwischenzeitliche Kontaktaufnahme mit den Kundenservice auf der Website blieb unbeantwortet. Heute habe ich die Informationen und Belege bei KLARA eingereicht und hoffe, KLARA kann die Sache klären. Es war ein enormer Zeitaufwand bisher. Nie wieder Hobbs!”

I completely understand your disappointment, especially as your return was delivered back to us on April 15 and you were later advised that it was being processed, yet Klarna had still not received any update by May 8.
