“Like most stores these days it seems there is a lot more online than in the actual shop. Makes shopping very difficult I feel. That said, returning the jacket to a store was very simple and the staff were very pleasant”

“Disappointed with the packaging. Dress was packed into a very small plastic bag. Previous item ordered was packed in tissue in a box. It will take a while to remove creases.”

“I am a regular Hobbs customer. I rarely have an issue with any of their products and never return items. This is the first time that I am returning anything. What I find particularly upsetting is that no one picked up the torn seam at the front before despatching the dress. iI intended to wear it on holiday and ended up leaving it behind.”

“Hobbs for me lately has been either a hit or a miss, some of this years seasonal styles have focused on evening wear could have done with some of the good staple day /work wear in bright colours, quality is not as it used to be”
