“The return by post was diabolical. I had to contact Hobbs to refund me and it took over 3 weeks from posting to get a refund The dress I took back to store was refunded very quickly Only 3 stars due to post refund service”

“Purchased an outfit for my sons wedding from the Newcastle store and the assistant was amazing. She was helpful, friendly and calm after trying on several outfits and accessories, etc. I left the store with an amazing outfit and accessories and one very happy lady. Thank you.”

“On the whole they provide good quality clothing. I have bought two winter coats in the last 18 months and one dress. The coats are well made but one of them is difficult to button and the belt is odd, but as it was a sale purchase I'll put up with that. Their petite range suits me, otherwise the sleeves are far too long.”

“I loved the look of this Lois embroidered dress online and thought it would be perfect for my daughter's wedding in May. The ordering and payment process was easy and I received email confirmation of the order and an order number, so I was really looking forward to the dress arriving and being able to try it on. However, the next day I received another email to say the dress could not be sourced, so the order had been cancelled and a refund was being processed. I was very disappointed, as I didn't understand why I was able to go through the whole ordering and payment process successfully, on the basis that the dress was in stock, if the dress wasn't actually available, so something seems amiss with the online ordering system”
