“I returned two Aly dresses a week or so ago but have not heard from you. The first was supposed to be size 12 which is my dress size for the numerous Hobbs dresses thay I have but it was too small. I then ordered the size 14 in case it was the style that fit a little small but that was too big. I asked for you to check and refund one and replace the size 12, together with the two lots of delivery charges. Otherwise they are a lovely dress.”

“I love Hobbs clothes, great quality, wonderful design and textiles. Home delivery is the only reason why I don’t give 5 stars. Home delivery is through Evri which is very poor. Evri lost my parcel, Hobbs refunded me, I had to reorder, then Evri didn’t ring the doorbell, left the parcel outside under the rain.”

“Absolutely beautiful trousers and would have kept them had they not been so long in the leg!!! I am normally a regular size but these trousers were made for a 6ft model!! Disappointed that I had to return them as they were at least 10/12cm too long with no alternative in leg length available.”

“This is a lovely dress and very comfortable. I'm looking forward to wearing it at my son's wedding. This arrived well packed in a cardboard box rather than screwed up in a bag like some others I tried from other shops.”
