“Staff in the store at Bury St Edmunds were very professional and helpful; nothing was too much trouble to try and help me out. They offered to order the coat to be delivered directly to my home or to the store. Good customer service is rare these days, so it was great to know that excellent customer service still exists. I chose to order the coat online myself and it was straightforward; it arrived quicker than expected and and was packaged well.”

“I buy items as birthday and Christmas gifts for my wife, and Hobbs have never let me down. Items are of high quality, prices are fair, and delivery works well. I used collect from store last time and it was great - the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.”
