“Some really good quality clothes usually high quality material, but not always, so always check label! Fabulous shoes, high quality and comfortable. Clothes size labels are not always reliable, so be ready to go up a size. The shop is beautiful situated, light, may need a little upkeep, in general helpfulness of various different assistants has varied hugely, could do a lot more to advise.”

“Very difficult to contact customer service. Placed on hold for more than the 10 minutes then for the call to be cut off. I found the live chat difficult. It took several attempts to get through to the live chat. I got a refund eventually. I feel very disappointed with Hobbs.”

“Disappointed with the packaging. Dress was packed into a very small plastic bag. Previous item ordered was packed in tissue in a box. It will take a while to remove creases.”

“Very quick delivery but when I had to return the dress as I needed a bigger size I had to pay €22 to the courier for returns. To me this is totally unacceptable. I had to pay €22 for the privilege of trying on the dress.”
