Some lovely clothes but far too expensive even on sale. I tend to only buy occasionally. Would like to see more options in the petite range.

I have purchased a number of items i found the clothes comfortable, sizing accurate. In the shop staff were very friendly and supportive. Orders were delivered quicker next expected, well packaged.

I love your jeans and your shoes very good wear well and I have them mended. However both styles of clothes and shoes don't appeal to me at the moment. Its the design please give me something I like!

Very upset to discover 20 euro charge to return a jumper that is too big and not able to return to a local Hobbs outlet in Brown Thomas. Won’t be shopping with Hobbs again or recommending to anyone for this reason. Never had this issue with other reputable clothing brands. Really shocked and a sure way of discouraging online customers.

Our returns policy does vary depending on the retailer, and unfortunately items purchased through Brown Thomas cannot be returned to Hobbs standalone stores. I have been buying from Hobbs for a little while. I love the two silk dresses from Limited edition and have received lots of compliments when wearing them. Also love the Thea dress and will wear it next Spring and Summer. 2 recent sale purchases are more everyday dresses but both suit me and I feel confident when wearing them. I am size 18 and pleased that Hobbs have an inclusive range of dresses.

Ordered 2 dresses & shoes for next day delivery. Shoes arrived a day late. Dresses have still not been delivered. My initial email to customer services has not received a response. Live chat with AI assistant produced a refund on the delivery charge but still no update on when dresses will arrive.
