“Normally I love all Hobbs, beautiful elegant and good quality but not this one. Hobbs return policy is excellent . Quick and easy to use . It means I can order dresses that I am not sure about and if they are disappointing , as this was, then back they go with no fuss or bother .”

“I am a regular Hobbs customer. I rarely have an issue with any of their products and never return items. This is the first time that I am returning anything. What I find particularly upsetting is that no one picked up the torn seam at the front before despatching the dress. iI intended to wear it on holiday and ended up leaving it behind.”
