“Returned to Multi Storey Car Park at 01.30 am, found battery was flat after 3 wks away. Phoned the number I was given for emergency only to find it was a Chatbot which had no Section for emergencies. Told to ring the number during Office Hours. At 01.30 Freezing Cold and High Wind. Absolutely no help from Holiday Extras as promised. Reverted to my Green Flag and very efficient they were as well. Doubt very much that I will be using the Multi Storey Car Park again.”

“Excellent position for car park for T5. Covered walkway to the terminal. Staff polite and helpful and car was waiting for our return.”

“Meet and greet was very good except for the signage to and in the car park. Polite and efficient service and easy walk to T5. On collecting the car, one side was splattered with mud from the secure storage area, have previously experienced mud in the foot well, at least that is now protected by use of a paper mat.”

“On our return arrival at Bristol Airport from Cyprus at 23:00, instead of the normal bus stop for the shuttle bus we were diverted to an alternative pick up point. This involved a long walk dragging our suitcases. The directions to the alternative pick up point given by the local staff were confusing, to say the least. However, once we got back to the Silver Zone return desk the reclaim procedure for the car key was most efficient.”

“Found it really easy, parked straightaway with a bus waiting 20 yards away. Caught the bus immediately out of the terminal, and 10/15 minutes back to the car park. The drivers were both fantastic and helpful, I was amazed after being very apprehensive.”

“I have been using Holiday extras for years. It makes travelling sims;e when you know you can park the car easily near an airport and also book hotels near the airport with a little bit of discount. Fantastic. In fact I am about to look to see if you have any good deals for hotels near Terminal3 at Heathrow Airport. Thank you Holiday Extras”

“Office staff very efficient. On return the only problem was finding the car. It was raining and dark, the car park guide was not lit up and finding the blue zone was problematic.”
