I parked in the Silver Zone at Bristol in a disabled bay. On my return my car had been moved to the furthest corner of the car park(B60) despite me having displayed my Blue Badge. Not something I expected!

Not clear directions to find the car park. Very expensive service During the check in all was fine but at the check out the lady who handled me the keys treated me like her employee and certainly not as a client

The car park when we found it was absolutely fine, but the directions to it on the Holiday extras app is incorrect and took us to a road that is cordoned off with cones and not the entrance to the carpark booked. This resulted in us having to drive in what we later learned was an area who couldn’t pull over in to ask some work men for assistance in finding the car park!. We were literally there less than a minute and an airport parking staff member opened a barrier to let us out. He appeared to be doing the same for a car in front of us. We then returned home 10-11 days after this to a £100 fine and photos of the car on the letter, saying we weren’t supposed to stop there. We are not local to the area, don’t know the airport and to be honest weren’t too impression with LBA. My partner has tried to contact those who issued the fine but they will not drop the fine. What can we do please?. I followed the directions on your app through my booking and it was incorrect!.

Hotel asked me to pay an extra £76 when I arrived even though I’d payed in full online. Turns out there was an issue with their system. So I am glad I refused to pay until It was looked in to. When I got into the room there was an initial smell of cigarettes and then further in to the room there was the over whelming smell of an air freshener. I couldn’t find a plug in so assuming it was sprayed on the carpets or something. It was a sickly floral smell that gave me a headache. Room a bit tatty, and hairs in the bath. Counter top in the bathroom broken.

Car parking at Luton. Long delay before being collected from airport on return. Then couldn't find car in huge somewhat disorientating car park. Own fault, but it should be essential to advise customers to note exactly where their car is parked on arrival - before leaving on the minibus to go to the airport.

I always use holiday extras for parking and have never had many issues. This time it was Ibis budget at Manchester T2 with parking. Not overly convenient parking for Ibis, you checked in and then took your car to another car park, pavement was out of action so it meant walking on the road to get there. No pedestrian exit from the car park so had to squeeze through gap at the side of barriers. On return car had moved 3 miles and had been repaired by someone just having past their test recently and was overhanging the space both side and back. I was not told that anyone would drive the car or move it ( it was only moved by one row). Not good and not recommended. This car park is also used by holiday inn bookings.

No problem with checking in or with hotel. However when I was collecting my disability van it was parked so close to a building and no room to get the wheelchair in I had to move it and stopped all traffic in the pouring rain just to get in

No seats available waiting for a wheelchair at EMA departing for Antalya. Only 3 seats at Antalya for assistance and all full. Waited standing for 20 minutes. Antalya assistance expected a tip getting my wife through check-in to departure lounge.

Many years ago I used to use the car park on the Bath Road every month. Back then it was great. It had small buses which took you straight to your terminal. Sadly it is not what it used to be. Now the buses are huge and infrequent. They visit T2,3 & 5 in succession which means it is a long time before you get back to your car. Not what you want after a long journey. This really is my last time for this car park.

We paid extra for large vehicle parking, there was only one space in the area we were Allocated which was only just possible to fit the truck into! We were able to get out a little easier when we returned due to there being no car parked in the space behind us, otherwise that would have been an interesting one!! We arrived and departed in the dark, the carpark is very poorly lit, I tripped with the suitcase in a hole in the tarmac! Whilst no fault of the staff, not really a great experience! Would not book with Airparks again sadly

Would never use again, couldn’t find the car park for ages, when we did took ages for bus to arrive and it was too far from the airport. On the way home during early morning we were shattered waited ages for a bus to arrive to take us back to car park and the bus was packed so we had to stand, with our cases, not great when you just want to go home after a long flight

A POOR AIRPORT TRANSFER ARRANGED BY HOLIDAY EXTRAS. The Booking process on the website was straight forward and received the confirmation immediately. We arrived at Madrid airport on time and got in touch with the number provided. They responded that the Driver was waiting for us at the designated meeting point. As we were waiting for the baggage at the carousel, contacted them again and informed that I shall contact after picking the baggage. Got a reply stating that the Driver will be waiting. On arrival at the meeting point, there was no one with a 'Card with the name' at the Meeting Point. After a delay of about 15 min, got a message asking for our colour of clothes. Which was provided. After a further 5 min the Driver appeared and he told us in 'Spanish' that he was delayed due to traffic. However the 'Company' message said that he had gone to the loo. Clearly he was not even at the Airport when we received messages. The Driver than took us into Madrid and just dropped us at a street' speaking in 'Spanish' (which we cannot understand) - pointing to the direction we need to go to this 5 Star Hotel. We did not know what to do. He just got into his car and disappeared. After enquiring with some people on the street we managed to find the Hotel another 150 yards froms where he dropped us. On our return journey I got a confirmation of time the Driver would come along with the meeting point. We were at that place 15 min early. We got a text stating that he was waiting for us. But there was no Driver/car in sight. We got the Hotel Staff to ring the Driver (a number was provided) and speak to him in spanish. He told the Staff that he cannot come to the Hotel. The Staff member explained that there were atleast 5 taxis waiting to pick up guests and that he can come to the front entrance of the Hotel. After a further 2 more calls, he appeared. Over all a very poor and stressful experience. Never going to book another Airport Transfer with Holiday Extras again.

to be honest, we followed the instructions on how to arrive, and in fairness they were very good. as it was our first experience for valet parking i didn't know what to expect, we weren't greeted as was expected but a grumpy man just told me to.back to.my car and wait, no further instructions, then after a few mins came and swapped the keys for a receipt, it wasn't a pleasant exchange. when I asked where do we go now (remember 1st timers) he pointed up the road where we had to walk around 300yards, not quite Valet to the door with 4 suit cases and 4 hand luggage, would have been easier parking in the main car park and waiting for a shuttle to the door. just my opinion., the return was good, simple and efficient. personally I wouldn't recommend

For Terminal 2 arrivals, the buses are already near full (standing room only) by the time it reaches there after first stopping at T1 & T3. That makes it quite stressful as you're likely going to have to wait for several buses before you can get on! They should put on a separate bus for T2!

Signage could have been a little better. Parking was fine but becomes hard work when you need to communicate with holiday extras. They used to have a telephone number nut now it's all AI live chat...
