Got to bus stop driver wouldn't open door just drove off. Key lock system didn't work, had to ask twice

Got to car park at 3.00 am was told someone would come to assist us so we stood outside with a 4 year old child.The staff stood talking together the weather was very cold after 15 minutes I had to approach them to see what was happening.On our return I paid for delayed return when I approached one of the staff he promptly told me you have 7 minutes to leave the car park not very impressed to say the least rude and basically ignorant!!!!

The hotel room did not have views of the runway as stated we were put on a high level floor even though I contacted them direct and advised I had Rheumatoid arthritis also heart failure so walking is an issue for me if I’m in pain the whole reason .I booked this hotel to be near the airport also they have bath tubs which again helps with my pain. As I was travelling with my caregiver it had 2 beds in the room which is perfect. Only problem was no hot water . We advised reception of this they did try to fix it but had to move us to a higher floor still with no runway view but the room was much smaller and only a double bed a little awkward to say the least. I slept on the chair in the room. I did however have hot water to take a bath and easy the pain. When they moved us room they did not change the key so I was locked out the room again going to reception only to be told they had not updated the room change on their systemI was still listed as being in the first room. I had to call my care giver and wake him up to find out the room number. Not a good experience for a disabled person who has to be at the airport at 3.15am Kind Regards Margaret Green

Definitely not worth the money we were in there between breakfast and lunch but the variety was minimal the food was almost cold. And to be quite honest one of the lounges should be child free. The young kids were brilliant but the teenagers in there the behaviour was shocking loud and parents too interested in the free beer. We were that disgusted we ended walking out within an hour of arriving. It was quieter in the main airport itself than the lounge. We always use the lounges and will never use this one again it's supposed to be a relaxing start to your holiday and it was noisy loud and definitely not relaxing. Certainly not worth the money even just for two of us!!!

Triangle Parking Southampton Cruise Port - the car park is open with no barriers or anything to stop anyone from walking or driving in, there was no direction or anyone on hand to provide security or any direction on where to park, the car park does appear to be covered by CCTV cameras.

The camera machine didn’t recognise my number plate in entry and had to wait 10 mins for the security to answer the intercom. Not the best start.

The company got my parking times wrong on my booking so I was charged an overstay fee of £15 when leaving jet parks 3 car park.

The Travelodge has no eating or drinking facilities, just a bit to far to walk to the airport, especially if you have any mobility issues.

Using Maple Parking Meet and Greet at Birmingham Airport. Drop off was smooth, however upon collection, although car was there, it was damaged. Big dent in the bonnet which also no longer shuts properly. Photos taken by both staff there and us, reported to their Head Office, but no feedback apart from an automated response saying they will respond in 5 days. Very disappointed

We landed in terminal 2 and walked about outside for over half a hour before finding out yous have no pick ups in terminal 2 only terminal 1 with all our luggage we had to find our way to terminal 1 after a long flight not very good. We have used the red car park loads of times far easier . With yous being a new one decided to try but sorry will be going bat to the red

Outward journey went very well, good comms on pick up and location from the airport was made clear. Return journey was a different story, I was worried I'd not had contact from the drivers the day before. On the morning of collection, still nothing, I checked with the local company who sub contracts for Holiday extras and they had no record of the booking. Upon reading back my confirmation email from the week before it showed a different date for my pick up! My flight time and number were clearly entered upon booking and still holiday extras put in the wrong day. How can the wrong day be added for my flight number and time? 10 people impatiently waiting for a minibus back to the airport does not leave a pleasant lasting experience. If it was myself and my partner I'd not be so embarrassed. I'd think twice about booking again based on this.

The length of time sitting on the bus at Glasgow Airport was excessive and unacceptable. The driver was told, ‘wait 2 minutes , someone Is coming. 15 minutes later and another radio message in between we were still sitting waiting. From phoning to getting to over 45 minutes. In future I’ll pay the extra and park right at the airport.

Confusion on entering car park as barrier at Liverpool multistory opened, but information from Holiday Extras stated that we had to take a ticket which would be needed to exit. the barrier closed and then opened again. On contacting the c/p operator, they new we had booked with Holiday Extras as this had happened before. Information needs changing. No ticket is needed, just drive in.

My car was filthy when it was dropped off the odd thing was I only the top part was dirty no the bottom part. Will not use this service again

When arring (diversions in place) in the dark it wasn't very well sign posted. The staff could give you a little bit more information especially as it was the middle of the night

Dreadful instructions to find car park 2 , member of staff on reception rude and obnoxious! On return Austin was very helpful , finding car on return is like a needle in haystack and barrier didn’t work waited 15 minutes to sort Beds in hotel so uncomfortable! Never again
