Was clean and comfortable but staff seemed confused not sure of what they were doing. Expected a buffet style. Had to order seemed not value for money. Some drinks having to pay more. Cocktail £8.50

The drop off was excellent and a very friendly member of staff greeted me. Quite the opposite on arrival. Few grunted syllables through the kiosk window to tell me which bay my car was parked. I went to said bay and my car wasn't there. I went back to the kiosk window to explain and the was grunted at again asking me to give my car back to him so he could go and find it and bring it to me. No apology, no smile, nothing. I waited 10 minutes and eventually my car arrived with Mr Grumpy handing over my key with with a few more grumpy moans. Not a great reflection on your business.

Directions to which car park I dropped off at were unclear. I had booked a valet, which I never got. The staff were not helpful. They spent their time on their phones. Ive used purple parking before, and the car came back dirtier than i left it.There are cheaper and better alternatives.

Rang as instructed when bags were picked up but waited 30 mins for car arrive at the meeting point - fella behind the desk seemed less than interested and all the heating / air-con and seat settings had been changed - have used Purple Parking loads of times and never had that experience with them. Will avoid you guys in the future.

When we arrived at Manchester Airport the meet and greet the camera did not recognise our car registration plate. For a while no-one answered on the emergency system and a queue formed behind us. The system did not recognise our booking number and if we hadn't printed off the proof of purchase we would have been completely stuck. Awful start to holiday.

We arrived for an early 6am flight and the app took us to the middle of nowhere on airport. It was wet and dark and no one was around to ask for help. Absolutely scary. We drove aimlessly about for 15 minutes worried to death. Then finally saw a sign for Express parking and got parked. The entrance had been moved. Get some better signage and sort out the app for directions. Dreadful. Staff were polite and courteous.

Booked this thinking we were leaving the car at the hotel as we have done many times! Just not as convenient having to take the car elsewhere ! Won’t be booking this option again!

Too many phone numbers to contact which no one answers. Had to wait for car on return. Thought it was a drop at the terminal had to walk.

Arrival ok when returned had to pay over stay even though flight number was given time was incorrect and out of time what is the point of asking flight numbers

Number plate was not recognised on our exit and £248 charge came up.... When we pressed for assistance they did not recognise the plate either so had to find the booking reference.... in all added 20 minutes on our exit

When we arrived at the hotel.we were told they did not have our booking,so we were given a twin room which was freezing cold , very outdated and not a pleasant stay..When we arrived back at the long stay car park we went to leave through the barrier, it came up we owed £20. We called for assistance and we're told you have only booked seven nights instead of 8 nights. Luckily I had a message on my phone to prove I had booked 8 nights. Very poor experience.

No answer on phone at airport for advice on entrance to car park...had to drive round and round and stop to ask...got a £40 fine!

Couldn't find on my booking wether it was short stay 1 or 2 stayed in 1 and had to pay £114 on top of what I already paid 😤

I was flying from Birmingham Airport on the seventh and returning on the 14th of February. I booked my car parking space as I always do with Holiday Extras but usually I go offsite parking and your transfer bus takes me to the airport. This time I booked at the airport site And followed your map and your instructions, but unfortunately I am a pensioner and I live alone so had nobody to read the instructions to me but I remember got part number five so when you’re map took me to carpark five, I just drove in and they had automatic barriers, parked up and left it for one week while I was away when I came back I couldn’t get out the barrier. Unfortunately I had parked in the NCP car park number five and they wouldn’t let me out until I paid £206 as you can imagine how very upset that’s a big part of my pension gone, otherwise I’ve always been happy with all the extras , kind regards, Mike Brown

Not holiday extra’s fault but will not use Stansted’s mid stay late at night again, transfer bus just left as we walked out, the only had a handful of people on it, we then waited 45 mins for another bus to midstay whilst waited two went long stay and two to car hire went with only a few people on, when the small mid stay bus did appear it was a fight to get on, with as many left behind as got on the bus. It took over an hour and 45 minutes till we left Stansted to drive home.

The food in the lounge was chiili rice ,curry and rice ,vegetarian curry and rice I did ask if there was anything else that’s not spicy I was told no thats the menu ,when we have used this lounge before there was a variety of food not this time, no cheese for crackers no biscuits very poor menu I will not be using it again a lot of money for two drinks .

Total chaos on arrival, number recognition system down and unable to gain entry, no one to advise Eventually somebody came and manually operated the boom to allow entry gave us a ticket for our exit on return After 7 days returned at 2200 hrs to collect our vehicle along with many others in the pouring rain . Your number recognition system still not working tried the ticket did not recognise the ticket either eventually had to go to the office to get your operator to manually open the boom , very very frustrating as all you want is home We have pre booked with you in April again lets hope you get your system working more efficiently by then or will be looking for alternatives in the future Very unhappy customer
