The wait for a bus to Jetparks 3 at Manchester Airport was unacceptable. 50 minutes wait in the heat was awful on our return from a great holiday. The first bus was full, second took us but only after persuading the driver to let us on. 2 buses in 50 minutes was ridiculous. Not the service we expected having used this car park on previous occasions

Arrived at long stay parking no numberplate recognition despite giving this in advance of travel. Pressed button to speak to someone who eventually found booking and told me to take a ticket. At exit machine asked me to pay £230! Yet more hassle! At Radisson Blue we paid for dinner and drinks as we spent so we could get a quick check out at 03:30 the following day as we had to be at airport security by 04:00. Next morning they said they had no record of us paying. After logging on to mobile banking we were able to prove we had already paid our restaurant and bar bills. Not a great start to the day. Furthermore the quality of food and the service was the worst I have ever received at a Radisson Blue.

I found speaking to a person nearly impossible, sometimes things are more complex than a text can take or I can handle texting. The people on the end of the text whilst polite could not understand my issue and it was difficult to get them to understand. I have ended up with a voucher! I have no idea how to use this or in fact where it actually is or what it is for, I feel another long texting coming on, o my poor fingers¬¬¬ Please let us speak to a person in person it really would increase your rating.

Got the car back with the drivers chair in nearly an horizontal position with the steering wheel adjusted to match the position of the seat...also new radio stations appeared on the radio. Understand for safety the seat would what some adjustment to match the driver but this was quite ridiculous....clearly having a prank.

Drop off was easy enough, but the bus was incredibly cramped on collection and no consideration given to seating people with disabilities first. When we found our car on return it was nearly impossible to wheel a case down the side of it because cars had been parked so closely together. I would never do this option again.

Wasn’t happy landed at 2 pm waited for the bus waited 20 mins more was a que and only 1 small bus came a lady driver , she got as many as she could packed like sardines standing up in small aisle , had to wait for her to come back , only 1 bus !!!

Grossly over priced for the quality of the car park.. not enough spaces.. too many restricted areas which could be allocated for parking

We were taken to the wrong car park on the return journey. The driver checked our ticket but not properly. We wasted an hour going to the wrong car park, being brought back to the airport and then being dropped off at the correct location. In fairness, the driver was apologetic and did what he could to put his mistake right.

We do book meet and greet regularly from Stansted and never had any problem….. Not so much from Luton, On return, no one at the desk, when found staff around the car park, we were told to wait by the desk and wait, impolitely, after 20 mns, when enquiring how much longer it would be, been answered abruptly that our car would be there as soon as possible, still with a smirk on his face….. which enraged us, We definitely didn’t get the service we paid for, it says on the paperwork what time we were landing ….. why is the car not in hand by then, Luton guys have a lot to learn in dealing with travellers ….. we left very disappointed by the non service received

The hotel was excellent with quick easy access to the airport. Car drop off was swift and easy. Pick up ok . When we left the car park we noticed that the car camera had been uncoupled which was a bit suspicious. Also I always leave £10 note & loose £1 coins in the ashtray. All the money had been taken. Whilst the service was good I will not use again due to being untrustworthy. & would not recommend blue circle.

The hotel is obviously in the process of major refurbishment (wires hanging everywhere and builders equipment). Used their service to the airport and arranged to phone them when we came back. Unfortunately, we phoned them when our flight arrived and were told that there was no one available to drive us

Holiday Extras was good, jet parks 3 at Manchester was not, no buses to ferry you to the airport, heavy rain, bus shelters full of passengers getting soaked which are not big enough ,and buses going by as they were already full. Car park over crowded and parking outside of the bays or just parking anywhere total chaos.

Had booked and paid for a weeks parking at Luton Airport, charged 58 quid as first time booking, only to have it changed for 24hrs booking, flight at 455 on Saturday and told I was to pick car up at 8.o clock on the Sunday, and got charged another 100 quid , won't be booking again as I checked my details and had to put outbound flight and return flight to make booking

Booking and paying was easy. Finding the car parking area was easy. Getting into the car park was difficult as we thought it would be number plate recognition which didn’t work. Had to ask for assistance at barrier which took ages. Once barrier was lifted easy. On return got to car and drove to first barrier which lifted. Inserted parking ticket at second exit barrier and then advised that I owed £220! Asked for assistance and gave my car registration and was advised that I was not booked in! Car park assistance arrived and eventually when I showed my confirmation of booking he raised barrier. Have booked through Holiday Extras several times and never had this problem. Will I use on my next visit ? Doubtful!

Very good parking and service for our flight. The unfortunate part is the issue with holiday extras approach to cancellations. I accidentally booked two parking spaces and the cancelled one immediately thinking it would go back to account as I had a flexi booking. Unfortunately I found out that they don’t refund automatically and give you a voucher. Which is appalling and now I cannot get my money back as you only have 14 days to claim which is shocking. Please can you explain why your flexi booking when cancelled does not come straight back to account? I have currently paid double for my parking!!

The hotel is spot on, it's jet parks 3. It took 20 mins to find a car parking space, then wait 25 mins for a bus. We only just made the flight. Had to wait another 30 mins for a bus on our return the packed in like sardines 🤬
