“Parking service was perfect, but the directions and signage could do with being better. I circled the roundabout at T2 about 4 times before we found the entrance”

“Great when I found the car park. The signage was poor, I circulated the Airport. Eventually I found two assistants who directed me. The signage was worse than poor.”

“The only downside was any on line description that we could find of how to locate the return bus to Jetparks3. The signage inside the airport was misleading. Otherwise we had a very good experience with Jetparks”

“Booked Hampton by Hilton near Luton airport with onsite hotel parking, easy to get too and plenty of car park spaces available, and you keep your keys. Stayed night before as early flight, had nice meal and drinks in the bar. Luton dart terminal literally behind the hotel, one stop and your at the airport, (don’t need tickets just tap bank card at barriers, runs every few minutes, great service) upon return collect car and drive off as barriers recognise your registration number. Would definitely use again.”

“Really professional and slick service. Easy to navigate, plenty of instructions from the moment you arrive to when they drop you off. 1 star lost as we were in Zone 2 which was not tarmac and just dirt including pot holes. Other than that couldn't fault the service. Thanks, will use you again.”

“Travelled beginning of March and really good service, but missed the turning into the lane as not lit at the bottom of the entrance so could you perhaps have a lit sign.”

“Check in was super easy. Hoppa runs on time to the airport but can be really crowded on the return trip back. A very efficient method for collecting the car. No complaints at all!”

“The staff at Manchester airport are always quite condescending, it’s like they deal with unorganised people all day (which they will do) and just expect people to be organised. I’m thick skinned and used to it, so like to be a little clever back which soon makes them think. Bar that the service is perfect”

“The booking process is seamless and return made easy. It is VERY easy to get to at purple parking and good value. I only say practically perfect because returning from T3 to the car park the journey is interminably long taking about 40 mins. Visiting T2 then T5 for pick up and drop off is very difficult with an overfilled bus.”
