“Maple Meet & Greet BHX very easy drop-off but our return flight was late - appears others too as dozens of people waiting in pick-up area? - and we had 20+ mins wait for the car to be ready. Used Maple many times - usually excellent.”

“MBW who were the company we used booked through Holiday Extras. MBW were excellent and super helpful when I had a booking issue. However Holiday Extras were not helpful at all and I had to contact MBW directly to sort my issue.”

“The whole process was smooth and simple, no issues whatsoever from beginning to end. The car park is covered in stones which made it tricky to navigate with mountains of luggage to wheel around.”

“My only negative was I could not gain entry as my registration wouldn't pick up. It's not obvious how to contact someone. Once I contacted someone I was given access. Same thing happened getting out, but it was obvious to contact someone. A little frustrating more so for the cars I held up, but it won't stop me using Jetpark 3, or recommending them to friends and family.”

“Smooth transfer from parking to airport and back even though return to carpark was at 2am. Food at hotel was really good, we had tapas type bites. Not enough coffee/ tea/ milk selection in rooms. No bottled water in rooms. Beds were OK. Price a bit expensive but would consider using again.”

“The collection on departure driver was late, we were waiting around for 15/20 minutes , despite calling twice - once 30 minutes away and once at the airport. Other than that the valet and the arrival collection was excellent”

“Very simple and competitive prices especially when leaving a car in the car parking as well as using a hotel. Only information on car park post code was slightly inaccurate but that apparently has been an issue with Google Maps..”

“Entry to the car park was fine, just find it abit confusing when you are trying to park in certain zones.i ended up just parking it anywhere.it was approx 5 mins walk to the terminal so wasnt too bad.would recommed though.”
