Hotel transfer to air port was excellent. We asked driver where pick up point was. He said out side arrivals, it was actually a bit further away. It would be helpful if drivers could actually tell you the number of bus stop to wait at. Pick up bus arrived and return to hotel was perfect .

Hilton hotel very nice with large rooms and comfy. Only downside was airports express parking. The car parks are in Zone areas. Once in the zone there are no line markers or numbered spaces. So you have to remember where your car is parked and the car park is huge and virtually no lighting. The bus did not drop off at the same point of pick up so even more difficult to find car. We arrived back in the early hours of the morning to a very disgruntled driver.

Nice room at Hilton south terminal made everything very easy, quick shuttle over to north terminal in the morning. They could put some biscuits with the tea and coffee and bigger bed would be nice as was a bit small as room was pricey but other than that recommend the service provider

Easy booking and competitively priced. My car wasn't moved, however I only found out it maybe moved on check out and the staff asked me for my keys. This needs to be highlighted on booking

Very easy to navigate long stay car parking for Stanstead with HE. As a lone female traveller I’ve had no problems. Only one- not HEs fault, but the long stay bus driver careered straight past me in the snow at 4am and I had to wait for the next bus. Otherwise, I found them good value for money.

Used the facility for Glasgow Airport and everything went well. Drop off was easy and the pick up was on time. No long waits, a short run to airport and car was safe and secure. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the surface of the carpark where we got a space was no the best and it was impossible to return to car without getting wet feet. But they cant control the rain!!

Car park entrance and exit was quick and easy. The Bristol Airport parking is under construction so not easy to follow the signs.

The hotel was OK, I was told the price of the transfer was £ 7.50 per room not per person it's a jump to £ 15.00 at 4.00 am you just have to pay.

Pick up at the airport all as expected and we were delivered to our hotel with no problems at all. Very smooth. Only a slight delay on the pick up at the hotel because the security at the gate wanted our room number to let the driver in, so maybe a message to us in advance would have helped and to further complicate matters the hotel has 2 sections and the driver went to the wrong section. All that being said the communication was great and it was resolved with only about a 10 minute delay and we would happily use holiday extras again.

This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off. System is easy to use, meet and greet is such a bonus, the only let down this time was that passport fast track was closed, one half of customs for UK/EU passport holders was closed and 3 flights had just arrived back.. Thats why i purchase fast track,,, money wasted the last 2 times.
