“I used Holiday Extras to book Silver Parking at Bristol Airport for four days whilst enjoying a city break. Car park is next to the airport and bus transfers run frequently. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was slight disorganisation when picking up car on return to Bristol Airport. There had been a delay in returning several cars to the pick-up area causing a hic-cough in Silver Parking's slick process. The issue for me was that a staff member with a box of keys was calling out names and handing over keys without checking any form of ID. Clearly, the process needs to be tightened here.”

“The carpark was easily found and the buses ran promptly, not their fault that there were some road works causing congestion on the way to the airport. Pick up was also prompt and ran smoothly. First time I have used the option to have my car charged whilst I was away. This was done and everything ran smoothly, so an easy run home without having to stop to recharge in the awful weather.”

“Most things were fine, just struggled locating the Drop & go car park entrance as postcode provided took us to wrong place. The Drop & Go car park system works well though, easy & smooth to drop off & collect vehicle. Little bit disappointed with some aspects of the Clayton Hotel though, but not Holiday extras fault.”

“Great carpark used often. But what have they done with the directional signs to get to it in the airport. Signage was very poor, even I struggled despite visiting before. The many road changes cause much confusion to get to T2 West”

“I would have given 5 stars, but the signage to Manchester T2 West Multi Storey was hopelessly inadequate and now seems to be known as P3. Otherwise, easy access to the terminal and plenty of empty parking spaces on the upper floors.”
