Everything went as usual EXCEPT the ANPR system on the exit from the Express Drop Off area, requiring contact with the office to avoid an exit charge

Once I found the location (7 miles from Gatwick South) the rest was excellent. I did put their postcode in my sat nav and did trust it! It is like going to the back and beyond!

Parking was easy, sadly the Sofitel let us down this time, very noisy room overlooking the bar/lounge/reception area, if I’m going to get noise I’ll book the Premier inn and have it cheaper.

Hotel was great as was the room. Only drawback for me was that every time I bought something I had to pay. Not allowed to run a tab. So3 rounds then dinner and a bottle of wine that 5 transactions nearly wore my card out!!!

Parking easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have liked the car to be parked nearer the office when returning. We are 85 yrs of age and pushing a trolly with suitcases on to area C was hard work. Otherwise completely satisfied.

Holiday Extras was a good gateway to booking parking and one of the airport Lounges I wanted. Unfortunately didn't have the one at Manchester Airport, so booked that direct! Apart from that very good process overall.

Signage at Heathrow Terminal 4 meet & greet needs to improve as parked on floor 1 instead of floor 2. Assistant agreed to move my vehicle from this area rather than me having to pay to leave and reenter. On return landed at Terminal 5. Had a short wait upon return for vehicle to be brought to pick up point despite calling from terminal 5 and the 4 once we arrived via shuttle.

The booking process was simple, the stay at the hotel was lovely and simple, as was the parking... the only issue was a few too many emails from holiday extras (I had selected no marketing emails but still lots of "you might also like" contacts that it seems to be impossible to avoid)

Seamless procedure from parking in Longstay car park to arriving at Premier Inn. Comfortable stay overnight. Took advantage of meal deal for dinner and breakfast. Easy short walk to airport terminal for our flight.

Good parking solution. Pity about the signs for Purple parking at Terminal 5 Heathrow arrivals leading us to the wrong end of the concourse to collect our car.

Only issue was all the disabled parking spaces were used. From walking past a full line, I noticed two failed to display any badge. Perhaps some more able to walk customers, could be more considerable when they park please
