“Great carpark used often. But what have they done with the directional signs to get to it in the airport. Signage was very poor, even I struggled despite visiting before. The many road changes cause much confusion to get to T2 West”

“I would have given 5 stars, but the signage to Manchester T2 West Multi Storey was hopelessly inadequate and now seems to be known as P3. Otherwise, easy access to the terminal and plenty of empty parking spaces on the upper floors.”

“M&G T1 very efficient and easy. Just 2 days before T1 closed but the car park was still great. Helpful staff and car there and ready once we returned.”

“Pleasant hotel, dated but functional. Breakfast was chaotic and staff very slow to replenish foods and crockery. Check in and out very smooth, staff very pleasant. Taxi transfers smooth and efficient. Overall a good experience and would consider using it again in the future”

“Used before without an hitch but this time was different. All perfect until pickup at Leeds/Bradford. Howling gale, horizontal freezing rain but no pick-up waiting. Even 10 minutes in that was too much. No explanation or apology was given.”
