“Good price for parking . Rather a long wait at south terminal then onto North where we picked nobody up so extra time added to journey. The driver must know who to pick up as we all have to phone once through customs 🤦🏼‍♀️”

“Really efficient and good value. Only complaint was directions to the T4 and the precise car park - these could be improved on the briefing email since the road signage coming in from the west on M4 is really confusing. But strongly recommend the service otherwise.”

“A lot cheaper than booking directly with the hotel, even with the 10% the hotel chain gives you when booking directly, holiday extras with my blue light card is a lot better value 👌 Already booked again for February”

“The car parking was easy and straightforward. The hotel was basic but fine and had everything that we needed for our short stay. The bed was up against the wall which meant climbing in and out at the end for me which was a bit awkward in the night but I'm relatively young so it wasn't a big problem for me”

“We always use Maple meet and greet at Gatwick. We like the convenience and proximity to the terminal. The car always comes back as it was left. This time we had a wait to park when we got there. No spaces left to park and the team were working hard to manage the flow while we waited but the idea of meet and greet is that you pull up, get your bags out and go. It does have a knock on effect and this could be improved. We also had a strong smell of smoke in the car when we picked it up. We don’t smoke so it’s something to take into consideration. This doesn't mean that we think someone was smoking in the car, it could’ve just been an employee who had smoked and then drove the car back to the plot. It wouldn’t stop us using them in the future, we would just like to see the service improved for the price.”

“Good company to deal with. The Holiday Inn is a bit tired but fine for the overnight stay and very convenient for the terminal. Bus drivers very efficient and friendly but I wish that the pickup point was a bit closer on a cold blustery December night!”

“I got exactly what I paid for and you can’t complain about that, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to my every need. and when I left my interior light on for two weeks, they went above and beyond to help and see me right. I cannot fault them for that. thank you guys…”
