Overcharged by £68.00 compared with booking direct with hotel. No parking spaces available on arrival even though we reserved it 6 weeks before and have a blue badge. Hotel couldn't care less. Taxi 1hr 30 minutes late to take us to cruise port. Booked for 11am arrived 12.30pm. Never again!

Because I have a small van, I was penalised and extra £75 for parking at purple car park. So what seemed like a good deal, ended up costing me £168 for 6 days parking. I could have parked walking distance from the airport for less than that. So disappointing.

Meet & greet T2 is a nightmare been fined twice for going through DROP OFF , signage is pathetic not LARGE enough going to start using Leeds Bradford !!

booked the plaza express north at gatwick airport , staff were rude, breakfast was cold and hardly any drink selection - walked out after 10 mins as was so disgusted with the place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - WASTE OF MONEY

2nd time I stayed here (should have learnt my lesson) The rooms are okay, pillows pathetic and mattress awful. The main reason to avoid is the staff on reception who clearly prioritise 'certain guests and give them good service! They are aloof, rude and have zero customer service skills. I actually sat in the lobby to observe while doing some work, just to see if it was only me ... it wasnt! You'll be lucky to get eye contact let alone a smile or greeting, when you queue at check in they way they gesture you to the desk is my nodding their head like your inconviebcing them. While I was checking in this time another member of staff interpreted said something to the person checking me in and they both went to do something with another customer, didnt say anything to me just left me standing there. I could go on and on but its making me angry that I actually thought the 1st stay was just a one off in terms of horrible service, But 1 year later they managed to be worse. Trust me avoid or sleep in your car

The parking is very expensive. I would suggest getting a taxi or the public transport to avoid extortion prices.

The hotel was awful both rooms smelled of damp and strong body odour also the curtains wouldn't close.

The hotel parking is abysmal! There is never any parking spots available! People have to dump their cars up on grass verges, on pavements/walk ways & even parked up on the kirb on the entrance on the way out! I then came back to my car damaged!

I collected my vehicle after coming back from holiday in the early hours of Saturday morning to find my vehicle covered in cement. The company claim they are not liable for the damages but the reckless use of chemicals near my vehicle says otherwise. This is now going to cost me a lot of money to fix as my vehicle now needs respraying. The company should have signs up or at least warned customers about the risk of this kind of damage. My vehicle was also not the only one that this had happened to and if they do not find a way to fix this I will be taking matters further.

Booked my car in for a week at Edinburgh airport however on my arrival home I could not get the barrier to rise on my approach to exit the car park. I rang for assistance at the barrier and was told my car was due back on the 11th and not the 12th. Obviously this was a mistake on my part at the time of booking. The person then informed me that I could pay the additional fee at the ticket machine so that I could exit the car park. I went to the ticket machine to pay the additional fee and was shocked to find that I had to pay an extra £50 on top of the original cost for the week I had paid of £67 which included the extra cost for insurance if flights are delayed. I think the additional amount I was charged is totally unacceptable for my car to be there for only a matter of hours more than it was originally booked in for, so needless to say I will not be using Holiday Extras again in future and will be making sure my family and friends don’t either and wanted to make other users aware that this is the outrageous costs that a they are charging if you, like me, make a genuine error at the time of booking.

Rooms dated. The whole corridor had a nasty smell to it. Bed too soft. The paid for meal gives you a mains choice of fish chips, curry or pizza. Definitely not staying here again

We were told by ibis to leave my car outside with my blue badge and it could stay there while I was away this was not true. Also told to say my return was a day later as I had late return insurance. On my return no car, I was told to come back at 10am next day. So we had to book a hotel at my expense £100 to wait for my car. Next morning 10am still no car I was told it would cost me £90 to get it back. The guy on receipt named Mo was helpful and after refusing to pay he finally agreed for Ibis to pay the £90. My car arrived back after another 45mins. The room was a disgrace bed pushed up against the wall no room to move. However it was clean

Driver didnt turn up to collect us at Hamburg airport on 18th August and after a lot of worry and hassle - wecwere in right place, tried phone number several times couldn't get through. Had long live chat, took screen shots. Eventually had to get a taxi and pay 34 euros for that and got receipt. Still fighting for our refund. Marshal says referring us to another dept if you Mathew Pack can help would be grateful.

Arrived late at night in the darkness. No one at all about to ask for advice. Lighting very poor. took ages to find a parking space. Very full. Could not find the way out. Finally walked down some steps and found a bus stop. Waited ages fo a bus which was packed, had to stand up all the way to the airport. Stopped at so many stops it took an hour from getting out of the car to getting to the terminal. Will not be using this car park again.

Our flight was delayed and we went to exit the car park two hours after our planned arrival. The barrier didn’t lift once the registration number was recognised/ the exit fee charged was £6.40 despite the airport website advising that they allow up to six hours for a late arrival.

It was such a long way from the airport. Took ages to find a space and it’s just rough land. Very limited buses for our return to Jetparks 3 so we had quite a long wait.

The driver was late picking us up from the airport. He drove fast whilst using his phone on the way out and back. He did not seem to know which hotel we were going to and delivered us to the wrong hotel.when we arrived at the correct hotel he put our cases on the pavement and drove off. On the return journey he was driving fast and it did not feel particularly safe.

We complained about the noise that we experienced throughout the night we stayed but the staff were not interested and you are currently investigating it very slowly, so no we are not happy at all
