When arrived at car park they didn’t have our booking

Charged us another 20 pounds when we arrived because of the flight time. The car was a long way from the reception even though my daughter had her child with her. Big queue and the gate didn’t open when we drove up.

Due to oil pressure trouble on my car on morning of flight had to leave car & use train & metro to airport,talked to company via live chat & explained situation,was told not possible to be refunded the £89:46 that i paid!

When booking parking at Birmingham no address or Postcode on any e mails so went to the parking we had last year as email sent by Holiday extra re parking when we arrived it was not there but another car park .It was a good job we gave our self plenty of time to find the right one.That’s the only negative thing about finding correct parking.Every thing else was very good.

Took over an hour to get my car despite following the return process. Then the guy had an argument with the other company there saying it’s their fault?! Each time I asked where is my car I was told ‘10 minutes max’…….awful.

I waited over an hour for my car on arrival at 4pm . The hotel booked I did not use on check in as was at the wrong terminal so booked another on arrival which was fabulous. I saw a bad review for the car park company and asked about it when I booked and was told it was fine and not a problem - it is not fine - I was a women on my own in a car park in the cold for more than an hour and was told my car was coming. Holiday extras customer service was in the phone with me for 25 minutes but also could not say where my car was - it was great to talk to someone but this did not get my car to me or help me with information about the company they had given me.. no contact with anyone to see if I am still at the airport! The numbers on the information sheet all went to answer machine no texts were responded to and the email on the collection slip did not work! Holiday extras were available on the phone but could not tell me where my car was or how long it would be or if it would be returned to me. In the end I had to tell the very unhelpful guy who had no badge or marketing information that I would have to call the police if my car was not at the car park after 1 hour 10 minutes- this company seems to be operated by two men who worked from a car that was parked in the car park - I do not know why holiday extra used this company - I have always found holiday extras choice of car parking great at Gatwick - professional with an office and clear systems in place. I would be at lot more careful at Heathrow in the future and it was not cheap - I would have been better to have booked a park and ride car park and booked a hotel myself at Heathrow as this was not a meet and great - more like an abandonment - heavens only knows where my car was while I was away.

Same price as booking direct with stanstead no point in using holidays extra my last flight was cancelled due to snow & although I always pay the late return insurance I had to pay £80 for being 23 hours late & I’ve tried & tried & tried to claim but no reply I’ve even complained ( no reply) no contact number & if I had booked direct with stanstead I would not have had to pay the late return .

Do not use blue circle. Arrived at 1250, called…. Waited…. And waited… and waited….. Finally found a rep, not in any uniform…. Rep called to say car on way…. Waited….. waited…. Over an hour later car finally arrived…. Rep said it would take 15 minutes….Others waiting as well, lied to as well, told car on way, had app that told where car was and it was still in -parking lot. Do not use blue circle

Hotel had issues with bathroom facilities, poor quality and overpriced food at the restaurants, then to cap it all off, we had to wait 40 minutes for blue circle to bring the car back to Heathrow after we had picked up our bags and called them as instructed. We might as well have got the train!!!! Don’t use this service

I’ve always used holiday extras to secure my Manchester airport parking in the multi-storey carpark. On this occasion it took me forty minutes to find an empty parking space leading to me nearly missing my flight. Too many cars booked in!

Meet and Greet @ LHR T5 was a disaster - They took 100 minutes to find my car and used the excuse of Eid that they were short staffed. Still people that arrived after me left before me repeatedly. It was not good

Meet and greet at Liverpool is almost non existent. I booked it because I am disabled and need a bit of help. You are not met or greeted you have to park yourself post your keys and then get into the terminal unsound. On return you have to first find the meet and greet which for me was a very long walk away and the reclaim and find your car. Yes I had booked assistance and that was no help either. I was abandoned as soon as they got me off the plane

Location of car parking given by postcode was incorrect. Would not use again or recommend as this is the second time we’ve booked with you and both were not great but this time was awful

I made my original booking on the morning of Saturday 17 February to include an overnight stay at the hotel and parking until Thursday 29 February. The overnight stay was booked for Sunday 25 February. When I received the booking confirmation I immediately seen that the dates were incorrect and went on the app to amend. Despite doing this several times the booking wouldn't amend - is there a way to see that these changes were attempted? So as this didn't work I made contact via the live chat function. I got to the stage where I believed this was sorted with one of your live chat staff before the chat disconnected. I subsequently went back on the app today to check something related to a booking in March and saw that the booking still had the correct car parking but the incorrect hotel booking. When I contacted customer support I was told that nothing could be done other than sending a retrospective complaint as the hotel booking 'had now passed.' . I had to make a further hotel booking so a total of £292.73 has currently been paid to a booking of a night in the hotel and 4 days parking. The final response from holiday extras was very poor and unhelpful and as such I will never use this company again and would advise others to be very careful

I paid extra, because it stated that there was ale ( beer ) available, but we were told, there wasn't any. Food was mainly spicy & stews, which I do not like, so ended up having cheese & crackers for my lunch. Comfy seats were also all taken. Will not book again.

I've used this company many times but on this occasion, my door and bumper of my car was damaged while under the care of Holiday Extras. There were no Holidays Extras staff at the hotel, so I reported the damage using the Holidays Extras app as soon as I got home. Holiday Extras deny liability, stating that all damage has to be reported before leaving the site. If using this company, check your car very carefully, irrespective of the weather or lighting conditions, because the onus is on the customer to prove when and where the damage occurred.

Room was ok but not at all delux. The shower was rubbish. The room standard. I could not see what was delux at all. Had to wait half an hour for a pick up from terminal 2 in bad weather. Not worth the money, will not book here again.
