Hotel had issues with bathroom facilities, poor quality and overpriced food at the restaurants, then to cap it all off, we had to wait 40 minutes for blue circle to bring the car back to Heathrow after we had picked up our bags and called them as instructed. We might as well have got the train!!!! Don’t use this service

I’ve always used holiday extras to secure my Manchester airport parking in the multi-storey carpark. On this occasion it took me forty minutes to find an empty parking space leading to me nearly missing my flight. Too many cars booked in!

Meet and Greet @ LHR T5 was a disaster - They took 100 minutes to find my car and used the excuse of Eid that they were short staffed. Still people that arrived after me left before me repeatedly. It was not good

Meet and greet at Liverpool is almost non existent. I booked it because I am disabled and need a bit of help. You are not met or greeted you have to park yourself post your keys and then get into the terminal unsound. On return you have to first find the meet and greet which for me was a very long walk away and the reclaim and find your car. Yes I had booked assistance and that was no help either. I was abandoned as soon as they got me off the plane

Location of car parking given by postcode was incorrect. Would not use again or recommend as this is the second time we’ve booked with you and both were not great but this time was awful

I made my original booking on the morning of Saturday 17 February to include an overnight stay at the hotel and parking until Thursday 29 February. The overnight stay was booked for Sunday 25 February. When I received the booking confirmation I immediately seen that the dates were incorrect and went on the app to amend. Despite doing this several times the booking wouldn't amend - is there a way to see that these changes were attempted? So as this didn't work I made contact via the live chat function. I got to the stage where I believed this was sorted with one of your live chat staff before the chat disconnected. I subsequently went back on the app today to check something related to a booking in March and saw that the booking still had the correct car parking but the incorrect hotel booking. When I contacted customer support I was told that nothing could be done other than sending a retrospective complaint as the hotel booking 'had now passed.' . I had to make a further hotel booking so a total of £292.73 has currently been paid to a booking of a night in the hotel and 4 days parking. The final response from holiday extras was very poor and unhelpful and as such I will never use this company again and would advise others to be very careful

I paid extra, because it stated that there was ale ( beer ) available, but we were told, there wasn't any. Food was mainly spicy & stews, which I do not like, so ended up having cheese & crackers for my lunch. Comfy seats were also all taken. Will not book again.

I've used this company many times but on this occasion, my door and bumper of my car was damaged while under the care of Holiday Extras. There were no Holidays Extras staff at the hotel, so I reported the damage using the Holidays Extras app as soon as I got home. Holiday Extras deny liability, stating that all damage has to be reported before leaving the site. If using this company, check your car very carefully, irrespective of the weather or lighting conditions, because the onus is on the customer to prove when and where the damage occurred.

Room was ok but not at all delux. The shower was rubbish. The room standard. I could not see what was delux at all. Had to wait half an hour for a pick up from terminal 2 in bad weather. Not worth the money, will not book here again.

We waited nearly an hour for the bus to collect us for the Silver Car Park at Bristol, despite the fact there should be a bus every 15 minutes. Would never use the car park again.

Airparks Park and Go at Luton was a great first experience for us. No problems, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again when we fly from Luton. Top marks!

Park up meet and greet T3 London Heathrow has to be hands down the worse experience at an airport. Was told 20 minutes for the car following collection of bags after an 8 hour flight to wait 65 minutes and many excuses before our car finally turned up. The staff are extremely rude and make any excuse up rather than tell you what’s going on.

I booked a stay and park at Stansted for mine and my son’s trip to Ireland. Whilst the parking aspect was correct I noticed immediately when the booking reference came through that it wasn’t. I immediately tried to sort following the FAQ’s and help sections but all to no avail. So I used the live chat service. Having thought I got this all sorted it was still for the wrong date. When I phoned up to sort a couple of days later ‘nothing could be done’ as the incorrect booking date was now in the past. Despite confirming all the above in a detailed email the response from the holiday extras customer care team was pretty much sorry but computer says no. Dreadful. I have used the company and services for years and have never had a problem. Suffice to say I will not be using them ever again and neither will my family. I am hoping the same will be true of my workforce.

After we collected our luggage I tried to phone the numbers on the card I had been given when we left car a week earlier. None of the 3 numbers on the card answered. I kept calling repeatedly and never got answered. On arrival at T3 short stay we had to wait over 20 mins for our car to arrive. What was the point in paying extra for meet & greet which didn’t work. Would have been quicker to have gone with getting a bus to a long stay. Not going to use this service again.

First time using Edinburgh airport, parked in long stay car park and turned out was wrong one! charged £190 for a week after already paying £50 for parking!! no help or understanding from staff.

Was told couldn’t bring car to terminal 3 because no fuel in car told them had 289 miles left then told battery was flat had to go in a van with children wife and luggage got to the renaissance hotel was given key vehicle started immediately no problems and 289 miles of fuel was messed around and blatantly lied to still can’t understand why my wife videoed staring the car then was told by a staff member I actually asked them not to bring car to airport total lie have booked with yourselves before with no issues can’t understand why this happened

We booked and paid for a car parking space on the 7th March. On arrival we found it very stressful trying to find a space to park it took us over 30 minutes driving around and round for a space. I booked on the understanding there would a space for us but. So it made us very stressed before we even started our holiday. Then on arrival to pick the car up was made to pay £59 due you your error which I had an email saying they were at fault so all in all the experience was not the best

The sign post for mid stay was blanked out, so we carried on to the next mid stay sign and the gate activated so I thought this was the correct car park. We parked and set off walking which was more like 20 minutes than the 3 minutes we had paid for and expected. Not a good advert for parking at Leeds Bradford.
