I made my original booking on the morning of Saturday 17 February to include an overnight stay at the hotel and parking until Thursday 29 February. The overnight stay was booked for Sunday 25 February. When I received the booking confirmation I immediately seen that the dates were incorrect and went on the app to amend. Despite doing this several times the booking wouldn't amend - is there a way to see that these changes were attempted? So as this didn't work I made contact via the live chat function. I got to the stage where I believed this was sorted with one of your live chat staff before the chat disconnected. I subsequently went back on the app today to check something related to a booking in March and saw that the booking still had the correct car parking but the incorrect hotel booking. When I contacted customer support I was told that nothing could be done other than sending a retrospective complaint as the hotel booking 'had now passed.' . I had to make a further hotel booking so a total of £292.73 has currently been paid to a booking of a night in the hotel and 4 days parking. The final response from holiday extras was very poor and unhelpful and as such I will never use this company again and would advise others to be very careful
