Third time I've had a puncture caused by hard-core used on car parking bays

A mix up regarding transfer of golf clubs to hotel. Charged extra 40 euro to take two sets of clubs from airport to hotel. A taxi including luggage and two sets of clubs for return trip hotel to airport charged 19.85 euro. Not impressed to say the least and a more sympathetic customer friendly approach would have been appreciated. The transport could have taken 20 sets of clubs.

Could do with new beds as they go in the middle and I thought the parking was only 2 minutes walk but actually 10-15 minutes on shuttle bus

Car was booked to return to terminal 5 at the drop off at terminal 4. Upon landing Hilene said that it was booked for terminal 4 and refused to either take the car to 5 or allow me to pick up from the car park. He instructed me to make my own way across the terminals to be able to have my car back. If I had wanted a park and ride option, I would have paid less and taken that. I would not be looking to use again

Requested and booked an adapted vehicle for a wheelchair but a non adapted vehicle arrived. We had to man handle the individual in to the minibus which was dangerous and very degrading for the individual. We paid a lot for the specialised service we didn’t receive. I have made a complaint but nothing has been resolved.

Called when I landed, told car was waiting. Got to stand told car not there. Had ti sit by myself in corridor, line female traveller while they tried to find it. 45 mins later told car was there, thry hadn't been able to find the key!

My car was undrivable and damaged when I returned to meet and greet T2 from holiday! Very unhelpful car parking staff who tried to say it was my fault…..never use these people!!

Booked fast track, system does not add your details correct, wasted hours of my time trying to resolve it, customer services could have rectified it via email, they asked for screenshots etc, then days of messing about later told me I had to do it via the online chat…. This is the very last time I will use the service for anything, my experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

I booked for the car park opposite Liverpool Airport NOT one down the road so it cost me an extra £16 to get out of the car park yesterday 😡😡🤬🤬🤬

If I had been able to choose in advance, I would not have selected the car hire company, Surprice at Faro airport. As other reviews indicate, they seem to commonly scam customers by claiming very minor damages - in our case a scratch on the plastic wheel trim - which is then charged at an exorbitant repair amount (123 EUROS). Given the scratches elsewhere on the vehicle, I am not convinced they are fixed in any case, so clearly the funds are not being used for this purpose. The scratch was so small it could easily have been missed on pickup - I certainly don't recall driving anywhere or in any manner that would have caused it. They would not call the shuttle & allow us to leave unless this was paid. The shuttle is infrequent too - there was at least a 20 minute wait for a bus both on arrival and departure. Avoid.

No issues with dropping our car off @ Airparks and bus transfer to Ibis. BUT the return was horrendous - there was an enormous queue awaiting the bus for the transfer back to Airparks site. It was apparent that we would not beable to get on o the next 2 buses, so a wait of approx 1hour in the freezing cold at 11.30pm in the evening. The bus driver told us the buses were running at 20 minute intervals, yet when you check in they ask for your return time so should be able to plan the likely demand. In the end, like many other people we booked an Uber and will be looking for Airparks/ Holiday Extras to reimburse. When we arrived at Airparks and complained we told their was a 10 minute service which was totally untrue. I cannot understand why Airparks do not have somenone based at Luton airport to supervise the queue as people were trying to jump the queue by pushing in. This is not an isolated incident as we experienced the same oproblem earlier in the year. I will certainly not be booking Airparks again as they are not interested in the safety and well being of thier customersas children were getting crushed in the rush to get on to the bus.

Took my chosen arrival time away from me so if I had been delayed I would have been charged 25 pounds. I advise people not to input the flight times, if you can avoid it please do.

Our coach transfer to our hotel was dreadful, the coach was very old, could hardly get up the hills and as it was raining it leaked, our hand luggage on floor by our feet was very wet and ruined lots of paperwork in our bags and also got my shorts wet when I put bag on my lap

Disastrous. Waited an hour for my car to be delivered back to me upon landing back at Gatwick. Cocky, rude & dismissive employee told me ‘wasn’t his problem that he was busy that evening!’ Will not use again.

Signage into the car park not clear in daylight, and not updated to satnav so very difficult to find the entrance, then once inside not clear how to find a space to park, parking bays rather narrow.

Dropping the car off went great, but collecting the car after travelling for over 20 hours was not, I was told I needed to pay an extra £20 as I had collection from a different terminal, which I had paid for when booking so I had to search my emails to prove this, then they gave me a ticket and said that’s fine you have nothing outstanding scan this when you leave and you won’t have to pay, when we got to the barriers to exit and scanned the ticket the machine said we had an outstanding amount of £7.50 to pay and as there was a queue of cars behind us we ended up just having to pay this, we had already paid just shy of £240 for the parking so to end up paying extra is ridiculous and the last thing you need after a long flight home

I booked the transfer for the following day. It all went through ok online. I paid for it. Id got to the airport to meet my transfer and was told my details hadn't gone through the system so I'd no transfer so had to make my own way to my hotel.
