I have been charged twice for the same vehicle parked for the same period of time at the same carpark and your pr people tell me they can't refund the second charge. This is plain thievery and I will tell every one I know never to go near you bandits.

I have written to you via email, I had originally booked from Thursday 31 Oct to Monday 4th November, then I changed that to Tuesday 5th November at 01.00 and was charged £17 for the additional day, yet when I arrived at Manchester Jetpark 3 I was unable to exit without paying another £15. Which I did. Why did you overcharge me, I want this cancelled.

Had to wait over half an hour for bus from Gatwick South terminal back to the Purple Parking car park - other customers had been waiting over 40 minutes; this was at 13.40 on a week day. When a bus did arrive, it was so full that we were all crammed in like sardines, with standing room only! We could, of course, have waited for the next bus - but with no knowledge of when another would arrive - and we had a ferry to catch on top of a car journey. Not a good end to an otherwise trouble-free trip.

I book with holiday extras a lot. I booked airport stay at premier inn standsted with parking. Then realised the parking was from the next day at long term car park had to pay further £15 at premier inn the night to park for four hours. Then when I drove to the long term carpark for 6am it wasn’t expecting me until 6pm that night so was advised I was going to be charged £40 on my return. Holiday extras were not interested at all. On my return the machine told me I owed £160 I spoke to the operator who understood my situation and let me out always park like this at Gatwick never had this problem. You shouldn’t advertise airport parking if you have to move your car 🤦‍♀️😳

The mid stay is a long way from T1&T3 There is no signage in the MidStay to get you on the right track to the terminals (plenty of Signage back from the terminals to the MS though) Signage for the car exit ramp is practically non existent and direction of travel arrows very misleading! Would only use this car park again if there was nothing at all available. It was also expensive.

I accidentally booked for 12 days rather than 5 I pressed the wrong button they are close to each other. When I realised my mistake and emailed them they basically said not our problem

My vehicle registration was not recognised in the way in or the way out… I had to take a ticket which I had to try and use to get out which stated I had to pay £201 for my stay. Thankfully the man that answered the call button was able to retrieve my booking and let me out! Not the best experience….

The escape lounge Bristol gave us a time until 4pm [2 hours] but because we had special assistance we were only in there for about an hour as we had to be at SA by a certain time. It was also cramped too many tables yoo close to each other and I hardly felt relaxed at all. Gatwick is much better much more comfortable. I'm not wasting my money at Bristol again. Surprise surprise your system wouldn't even upload my photo!!

Rubbish service - 100% transfer guarantee not worth the paper it is written on, claim rejected based on partner company (of partner company) claiming car used was different to that actually used by the taxi driver who damaged my case (car oil stains). Very difficult to get a claim agreed, also 5 weeks timeline to get a resolution and that was with me chasing on 3 separate occasions. Will never use holidays extras again. Web chat only service also an issue, nobody to speak with directly which is frustrating.

Car Park 1 at Birmingham Airport was a nightmare. It took forever to find a space. If you've pre-booked you might reasonably expect that there are spaces available. It's described as being a one minute walk from the terminal whereas the truth is that you have a distance to walk including crossing a busy road. I wouldn't bother again.

The time it took my car to be brought back to me was appalling. I waited for 40 mins for what should be a 10 minute wait maximum.

Nothing wrong with the carpark but the bus driver was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I had my wallet stolen whilst abroad so did not have the ticket. at first he didn't want to let me on the bus and then just grumbled that i would be charged an extra weeks parking because he couldn't sign off my ticket. gave up trying to talk to him as he was so rude and ignorant.

We waited a long time for a bus from Stansted back to the long stay. It appears the buses are no long shared with Jet Parks, meaning a bus went with just a few people on, whilst lots of people waited for the long stay.

we had booked a paid for the car at liverpool airport. when we arrived the barrier did not go up, as it said it would. we had to get out the car and press the intercom button. it was raining. it took a while and then someone answered. she asked for my registration and then said there was not booking. i said i had the booking number, which i gave them. nothing else was said but a ticket appeared at the machine. i asked what i was supposed to do but they had gone!!!. eventually i took the ticket and hoped for the best. how rude to just go and not say anything. there was nothing wrong with my booking all the detail were correct , including the registration number, date etc. this is the second time this has happened to me and therefore i will not be booking with them again.

Really bad experience at liverpool airport. Took 20 minutes get in the lounge as the que was that big and than when in there food was cold and not replaced. Then 1.30 minutes after being in there told to leave. Nothing like manchester aispire lounge very disappointed

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star but woulnt let me carry on. from parking to transfer bus. took over 50 to 1hr to find a parking space and thick gravel all over which was very difficult to wheel and sort of equipment never mind suitcases . my wife not tge strongest of all so I had to go back to car and carry hers to bus stop. when arrived at bus stop we waited further 20mins for a bus which was full to the brim had to further wait an other 20mins and yet again but wasting prepared to wait any longer this nearly made us late for out flight and caused a lot of stress 😩.

I will never use this company again! Absolutely terrible service. Left us stranded at our destination as they had not received confirmation of our booking from the Spanish company despite holiday extras confirming my booking with me and even texting me the night before re confirming my collection details. Then they refused to honour their transfer guarantee

I have had previous good service but having arrived back at Stansted, initially Icould not find my car. We walked the meet and greet parking and eventually with a little help from entry staff we found the car wasting. Time distance and inaccurate details. It would have been better to park off site. The walking distance with cases was very unreasonable.
