On arrival at Bristol airport we were faced with an immense queue, that stretched along the whole of the outside terminal. We waited at least 10 mins before there were signs of any buses. There were a lot of angry people in the queue. Once the buses did arrive we were herded on to them like sheep. We were told to move as quickly as possible, and jammed in. There was then a massive queue to get the car key. All in all a very bad experience.

Would have been nice to have had the taxi waiting which it says it would be, no, another 40 mins outside waiting and being harassed by other taxi drivers in Egypt was what we got. Will not use again or recommend as I don’t want to be left in that situation again.

The lounge was over crowded, me and my wife had to wait good 20 minutes to get a seat, the food was very limited and most of the food was very spicy, staff very full of themselves not helping at all. Not good for the money I paid. Good luck I will never go again to N1 lounge

Smallest sign ever to find, cost me £5 to get out of main airport parking looking for it, guys in there amazing when I found it

I made a mistake and booked long stay, realised my mistake and immediately cancled and had confirmation of that. Then re booked mid stay as I intended and had confirmation of that. All good I thought. Parked in mid stay only to be presented with a £450 bill on departure 😡

The barriers on the exit would not lift causing an enormous tailback. Even the transfer bus was stuck and some passengers including an air hostess had to get off and run to the airport. My daughter had to lift the barrier for me to exit !!

Hotel was untidy needs a refurbishment. Restaurant seats all stained and sticky tables.

My booking reference number was NA10KBK for 04/07/2024_11/07/2024 at the long stay carpark at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. On my dropping off my car I was given a ticket from the barrier machine tef number 0/23421142/055083000/008085. On my return on 11/07/2024 at 17:45 I was unable to leave the car park as the exit machine stated I owed £110, ref number 4F9CA51707, which i paid to enable me to get home. I have emailed this information to your website but have not recieved any reply or explanation.

Jet parks 3 is not great - took around 20mins to even find a space which we think was probably the last one in the whole park and was tiny and barely able to be parked in. On the way back it wasn’t very clear as we left the airport building where the Jetparks 3 bus stop was so had to walk up and down trying to find it. We then had to wait for two buses to get on because the queue was so long. So despite being carry on luggage with a quick exit from the airport our experience turned into a long arduous schlep and we would not use Jetparks 3 again.

Attention ‼️Second time my dash camera memory card is broken after I collected my car to hide evidence what workers did to my car !!! First time workers left ignition on and destroyed my car battery and when I got my car the cash camera memory card was damaged so I can’t see what happened. Second time exactly same memory card error again and this time I noticed front bumper scratched when I got home and was too late to complain without evidence. So message to all people ‼️ Make video around your car and check immediately when collecting for any dent or scratches and check memory card ‼️

The price was misleading as I had to pay extra to the company for child car seats in both directions. We agreed a supermarket stop on the way to the hotel prior to our visit but this was declined upon arrival.

On returning to my car I couldn’t believe the amount of bird poo on it. It was covered! It must have been left under something whilst parked up. More worrying was that the driver had driven it back with severely restricted vision. The poo had been on the car for some time as it extremely hard to get off, plus it damages the paintwork. Not impressed at all! Not allowing me to upload photos of the car.

Whilst it was easy to get parked and the transfer was pretty quick and easy when we went shopping today and tried to get a trolley we realised that all of the pounds from the car were missing. This is absolutely unacceptable. Purple Parking are accepting no liability for this stating that nothing should be left in the car.

Jet Parks 3 has a terrible unfinished surface which makes it impossible to drag a suitcase. It is difficult to find a vacant parking space with no clue as to where one might be... some people give up and park where they shouldn't. The surface has deep ruts which fill with water when it rains so you have to wade through puddles! The signage is illogical making it very difficult to find your car again in the dark. I'm never using it again until it is resurfaced, well lit and each parking bay is given a number which lights up when vacant.

Having booked through Booking .Com the meet and greet company did not have any contact details for me. As the car had broken down during our holiday they could not come tact me to let me know. So after a 2.5 hr flight delay I was confronted with the news about the car. I won’t bore you with how long it took for AA to come and how long it took me to get to my house. So the question is why do booking . Com not get contact details so at least I would have been forewarned

Had to wait over 30 minutes on return of my car. Then, there was damage to paintwork at the rear which they did not admit to. Luckily I spotted in.

I phoned and asked to add on another airport fast track for my friend. I was happy to pay for this, but was told they couldn’t / wouldn’t help me. I had tried to purchase 2 fast tracks at checkout but the system would let me. A ridiculous situation and unfortunately the customer service teams had no desire to help me. Definitely won’t use Holiday Extras again!
