Nice not to sit in the airport terminal. The food was absolutely awful in the lounge. Cold and poor quality. Not worth the money . Will not be booking again

Shockingly poor service with airport transfer on outward journey.Luggage delay of 2hrs 40 mins at airport, transfer company kept in contact throughout time but when went outside no one to be see!! Tried contact number- no answer, tried emergency number to be told they do t do transfers anymore😡😡😡 . After 17hrs travel and 10pm just jumped in a taxi and paid €40 to get to hotel!! HE not interested as I didn’t get a receipt for the taxi!

Room was grim one of the worst I have ever stayed in. This hotel is unstylish, basic, cheap, dull needs a complete refresh

We booked 8 nights parking with 1 night overnight stay at the Airport Inn. The hotel communal areas were better maintained but the rooms were extremely basic with internal fittings such as bedroom corridor carpets etc in need desperate need of replacement. The room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable with bedsprings digging in your back. The biggest concern with the hotel was when we checked they gave us the key to a room which already was occupied by guests (although not in the room when we entered) which has never happened to us previously in any other hotel. Leaving that customer at risk as we could’ve accessed any of their belongings as they weren’t in the room. The hotel didn’t seem to take this particularly seriously and just issued us a new room. The hotel offer transfers to the airport which is charged at £7pp each way which was helpful. A taxi from the airport cost £17 one way so is better value. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return.

Poor service with outward transfer due to huge luggage delay at Antalya airport. No service no emergency number reply and left on our own to het to hotel. Didn't get a receipt from a dodgy taxi driver so HE not interested in complaint, been witj HE for 20+ years, never again.

I received text message one day before that your transfer is confirmed at 10:30. Next day I waited till 10:45, no body turned up. Receptionist, took the number and phoned them, they said, they have no record of booking. Cut the story short, after long discussion between receptionist and cab company, and four different phone calls, they agreed to send a cab, as time was short, they asked us to walk up to station, which we did, reached to airport one hour late. Thank God, hotel receptionist helped us, otherwise, not knowing the language, and their answer that, they have no record of booking, put us in great stress. Surely, I will never again use this sort of company.

Customer service is awful. Our holiday got cancelled and we were only parked for a couple of hours before having to head home....no refund, no goodwill, no budging on the remainder of the parking. No future custom from me or friends or family and hopefully many more too. Spend your money elsewhere on parking.

Lack of seating if you are a couple, was reserved for bigger groups. Choice of food was poor. Sitting areas were not clean. Also, it doesn’t ,after what time you put as your entry on holiday extras, you are allowed in strictly 3 hours before your flight which given you need to get to gate and board means you really only get 2 hours - probably the worst airport lounge I’ve used.

When we got back to birmingham airport 20/5 @ 7. Meet & greet had barricaded our car in to their car park & didn’t get it until 10.30. Appalling just left in workers cabin. Awful will never use blue circle meet & greet at Birmingham again.

The lounge at Birmingham airport is nothing short of a joke. It is not a patch on East Midlands or Manchester. No Prosecco, pay extra for bottles you get as standard elsewhere and the standard of food was nothing other than minimal

Booked for 4 of us to go to the lounge. The rolls were not fresh and bacon very fatty. Not a large selection of drinks and no premium spirits as advertised. No real gluten free alternatives, the roll was soggy and wet so we finished our drink and left we complained to the floor manager who was very nice however, when she spoke to the main manager, he was very rude, told us we’d booked the lowest price lounge and what did we expect. We left our details with the floor manager with booking reference and put a complaint in to Holiday Extras as that is who we had booked through. Would recommend Holiday Extras. It definitely not My Lounge South

Your service was absolutely fine - we have used you many times and will continue to do so. The issue is with the supplier, OKmobility. The car was fine, pickup and drop off easy, but the contract is poor. We did not want to pay a lot more to secure a lower excess because we have our own excess insurance. We then had to pay 40 euros extra to secure breakdown cover, which has always been included in previous car hires. The substantial excess (1350 euros) was put through on our credit card. This also incurred a foreign purchase surcharge. On 25 April they sent me an email saying the car return was fine and the excess would be refunded. As of today, twelve days later, this has not happened. I have replied to the email and tried ringing various numbers in Mallorca without actually getting through to anyone. Anything you can do to resolve this would be helpful. It is a pity because the actual hire, vehicle etc was fine.

Car was over 20 minutes late on return - staff were dreadful and displayed zero customer service skills - they couldn’t pay for the car parking ticket so I had to pay myself. They didn’t even come to tell me this - I had to keep getting out of the car and chasing. Not a meet and greet service - just annoying and stressful.

30th April EMA mid stay 3 Approx 3pm When we tried to exit the car park the barrier did not lift. We then had a stressful 15 minutes trying to get out. 3 other cars had the same problem. I admit that it could have been an EMA barrier problem rather than it was your fault. Ed Leicester

I used the app but it parked me in triangle for ocean, and our ship was in mayflower ! We had to pay again in mayflower with a different company. I have requested a refund but initially was told it was my own fault. They have now accepted it as a complaint and I am awaiting the outcome.

Hotel stay was very good. I would never use Blue Circle parking again. No one answered phone before we arrived, as they asked us to call 30 minutes before we arrived. We could not find anyone to accept our car keys, there was no obvious representatives around and we had to ask Purple Parking reps where to find them. On arriving home, once again, no one answered phone call after we’d collected luggage for ages. When we did get through, we were told car would be with us in 20-30 mins. Not what we wanted to hear after a 20 hour flight.
