Not worth a star!!, shocking from start to finish with this company. On arrival, they state park up in arrival bays unload and drop your keys off - we arrive and had to find parking, with the next car / family being told to park on the roadside, outside of the car park?. We also had a bigger bus on arrival not the case on way back On our return!, waited over an hour at the pick up point in a long queue only to see the first pick up bus to arrive being a small shuttle bus (max of ten people) and then the second collection bus, not a bus at all, but a 8 seater mini bus (taxi style)! Which stated no pushchairs. On our return, we stood outside in the queue in the rain and cold weather with a 18 month old and 9 year old and when we rang and spoke to the operator, their answer was, we are running to two buses and we be there shortly? This service put a real dumper on a great holiday. Avoid booking with Park 2 travel at Leeds Bradford airport.

Struggled to find a space, ended up driving round for 45 minutes. And no toilets absolute nightmare with a 4 year old. Also gravel with cases!?!

Car parked for 2 weeks to be covered in what appears to be cement including the sun roof of a 6 month old car. Car was valeted before entrance admission photos will show a clean car. Poor complaints system with a telephone number that apparently belongs to another company. No feed back from my complaint, which is fairly urgent and will have to wait 15 days for response! Complaint procedure explained but not how to make a complaint-needs to be bought up to current procedures.

My car was vandalised in the interior. When I opened the driver’s door after a tiring journey in the early hours I could see the illuminated black sport button was white. I immediately thought chewing gum but when inspected it had had the surface picked/scratched off. (I found the pickings in the driver and front passenger mats when I cleaned the car including bird poo and mud off the car the next day) I reported it immediately to the office. I was told to speak to the delivery driver which I did. He told me to e mail a photo customer services. Your web site does not display a customer service e mail option. After many “no reply” addresses, with the help of AI, I eventually found a “complaints” e mail address. I sent the photo to that twice, once with the photo and the second after cleaning the car. I await a reply as to what you propose to do but will be phoning soon as you phones should now be open ~ 60hrs after my car collection.

No car for us when we arrived at airport, the car hire company said it had been cancelled by Holiday Extras. Its been two weeks since we got back and raised a case, so far no refund , none explanation. Compliant process and sends you around In circles!!! I dare anyone not to angry.

We booked the mid stay car park at LBA having been advised of a 3 min walk to the terminal, due to building works the walk was 15 mins with three heavy suitcases. I will never book with Hoilday extras again.

Usually very good but not on this occasion. Hotel was great and dropping car was ok but it took over an hour to pick up my car. Lots of people around me also waiting for an hour. Staff at Purple Parking not interested in the slightest! Very disappointing.

I paid extra(only £1 or so admittedly) for additional SMS confirmation of this booking. Despite phoning twice and being fobbed off with glib answers that it would appear before I left, I never received anything.

When we arrived at the hotel they weren’t expecting us, the man behind the desk must have taken at least 20 minutes to sort it out. On the website it said the cost of the taxi to airport would be around £15, it was £30 with the drop off cost. We got the taxi outside the airport which was £20 quid. It was 4am when we got back to hotel and they told it was cancelled due to a no show. The young man added us. The next morning no breakfast included and so I went to self checkout screen and no sign of our name. Had to wait for the young man to finish with a customer to deal with us. I paid nearly £200 plus £50 on transportation. Really poor all round. The hotel was lovely, bar very nice and the room excellent.

Useless signage to and from Terminal 1. A very convoluted walk, thankfully it was dry weather and we didn’t have too much luggage.

Flight got cancelled and couldn’t use the Heathrow lounge had to fly from Manchester instead and couldn’t transfer it like I could do with the parking

On trying to leave the carpark yesterday evening the barrier wouldn't open, so we pressed the help button. A very rude man told me my booking ran out at 03.00 that morning and we owed £10. I told him I thought he had the wrong booking and asked him to give me my car reg, but he refused! My booking clearly states that it was until Sat 15th June at 17.00. He refused to open the barrier until we paid £10 - NOT impressed and I'd like a refund please.

Took twice as long to get to destination as advertised. Driver got lost twice and didn't stop at several scheduled locations. I have complained. Said there would be a response within 3 weeks. It has been 5 already and nothing.

Absolutely awful service! They snapped my hand brake and when I confronted them got absolutely terrible service of the supervisor Craig! Spoke to us disgustingly not helpful in the slightest!
