Nothing wrong with Holiday Extras booking etc and car park is fine but Manchester Airport need to put out better signage on road network to take you to T2 Multi Storey car park entrance.

It was ok & not your fault but there was a long wait in the chilli evening weather 4 the long stay bus which we have not normally experienced but it was a full bus. Maybe only one bus on in winter & 2 /3G lights arrived at the same time

The car drop off and pick up was a very quick process.It was well organised and is located only a few minutes walk from the terminal. The only thing that did not work was the phoning ahead of arrival. Maple Parking's phone system was not be operating properly. However, it did not cause a problem, they were expecting me. Given the very reasonable price and location, I would use them again.

I always use the Park Smart carpark at Liverpool Airport and never experience any issues. The only reason I gave 3 star's was because I believe it is far too expensive. Within a couple of year's the price has doubled in all forms of car parking at the Airport and I feel it's totally unjustified.

Everything went to plan other than on our return to Jetpark 3, we had parked in Zone A which was completely flooded with no assistance from car par k attendants to call on for help

The process was fairly easy on arrival. However finding the bus on the way back was tricky with a couple of us ending up in wrong car parks, all we need to know is to head for bus stop 11 but the paperwork didn't mention it. Finally finding the car in a huge car park was not easy, it would be so easy if they just had bay numbers.

The hotel and parking was ace so convenient as the carpark was across the road, however when getting to our destination I was told I’d be greeted by a person with my name for my hire car which I wasn’t I had to search for him after a phone call. Also I ordered an estate as there was four of us and I got a small suv which was underpowered and to small for our cases so we had to squeeze in.

Ibis hotel at Manchester was brilliant so clean n great location how ever maple car park was awful we had to walk half a mile for car with luggage on an awful gravel road..we waited to be picked up after our flight for 45 mins

Made the mistake of not using our usual purple parking and went with Take Off Meet and Greet. Drop off was fine, but pick up was a nightmare. Rang from baggage recalim as per normal but ended up waiting 50 minutes for our car in the freezing cold. Lots of excuses as to why our car was late etc, but would not use again just to save a few pounds.

Nice section of food and drink but not worth the money unless you can stay for the full three hours. It did not help that the lounge was late in opening and there was a long queue at 4am.

Excellent service with Holiday Extras and competitive with pricing. Bristol Airport multi storey parking was a different story - poor signage in multi-storey and exhorbitant pricing.

45 minutes waiting at terminal 2, no ringway coach, when it did arrive driver was rude and not very apologetic. Other drivers for jet parks 3 and 1 radioed but no answer. Poor service.

Have used this service a couple of times. Each time the car comes back filthy. This time we asked for a clean on return. It came back half clean with various dirty marks still showing, including a scratch to the door. When flagged to one of the staff we were accused of already knowing about the scratch. It was small enough to rub out with polish, but it wasn’t the point. Very reluctant to use again.

Car parking was a reasonable price and the service on the day was efficient. However the car was returned absolutely filthy and coated in dust.
