Room at the Ibis was convenient for the airport and clean and comfortable. Parking left a lot to be desired. To reach the hotel on foot you have to take a circular route or attempt to cross the double carriageway and take your life in your hands. On return we were given no indication where to find the car in the carpark and the barrier did not rise as we were told it would.We had to press the intercom button three times before anything happened a passerby said it was always happening. We would use the hotel again but not the parking.

Upon collecting car, the drivers footwell still had the protection paper laid down and lots of grass laid on top.

Range of parking options available but considering I've used the site for a while and have travel insurance with you the rewards/discounts are rubbish for loyal customers.

Car park automatic system was great with access and egress great. However, the return transfer bus I was waiting over 30 mins at the airport terminal. A dedicated queuing system has to be put in place at the terminals too to avoid skipping and remove the risk of 'disagreements'

All fine until the dinner we had pre-booked. Very disappointed, we ordered burgers without the bun, they were very dry and overcooked and totally inedibl.

On returning to our car we realised we had been given someone else’s key which delayed our onward journey

Incorrect information sent on email. Detail stated to attend booth 11, however this was incorrect and we had to ask numerous people and eventually found out that we needed to go to 19 which was for TUI, even though we weren’t booked with TUi. Not what you want to be dealing with late at night.

One of the 2 entry barriers did not appear to be recognising number plates. The person in front of us experienced problems and so did we, but people were flying through the other (left hand) barrier. No problems after we reversed out and changed queue! Took 15 mins to find a space to park as very few free spaces in the whole massive park. Waited a long time for a bus from the airport to return to the park. Bus stop not very clearly signposted at the airport. Only marginally cheaper than taking a taxi now.

Airport premium car park - Normally have no problems but this time on our return the barrier wouldn't accept our ticket, after a long day travelling it was the last thing we needed stuck in the airport car park. Saying this we will definitely book again.

Very happy with parking and hotel Gatwick Worth, the problem came with contacting the taxi that came to pick me up at the end of my holiday. I did as instructed and stood beside express pick up sign on floor 0. I couldn't hear or understand the driver on the phone who came to pick me up He got quite irate at the time but okay when he finally located me. Not pleasant experience.

Went in before a late afternoon flight. Felt the food was OK but not great. Very little choice or variety. Been before for breakfast which I felt was much better. Would book again for before a morning flight but not for an afternoon or evening one

The purple parking in Bath Road was ideal for getting to terminal 2 in time for the flight. The problem was on the return. We waited 45 mins for a bus then had to go to terminal 5 to collect more passengers meaning we got back to the car over an hour after arriving at the bus stop. I think I would rather try somewhere else next time sorry.

great to drop your car at the terminal and have it close by for collection. Not so great that there are no signs to follow to find the key collection hut from T1 Manchester until you leave the terminal building, we went out of wrong door and had to ask for directions. Also the cars are collected from a named row but could be anywhere along the row not in a numbered space. And better if the driver didn't adjust seat position, steering wheel position, all mirrors and judging by my dash cam drive a few miles to an offsite lot with completely steamed up windows.

It was ok Struggled on the hardcore moving cases from car parked on it . Hard to find due to road works and navigations on diversion which wasn’t the car parks fault . I wouldn’t use this car park again sorry to say .
