Good service with the exception of having to go to terminal 5 rather than just 2 or 3.

Excellent service with Holiday Extras and competitive with pricing. Bristol Airport multi storey parking was a different story - poor signage in multi-storey and exhorbitant pricing.

45 minutes waiting at terminal 2, no ringway coach, when it did arrive driver was rude and not very apologetic. Other drivers for jet parks 3 and 1 radioed but no answer. Poor service.

Have used this service a couple of times. Each time the car comes back filthy. This time we asked for a clean on return. It came back half clean with various dirty marks still showing, including a scratch to the door. When flagged to one of the staff we were accused of already knowing about the scratch. It was small enough to rub out with polish, but it wasn’t the point. Very reluctant to use again.

Car parking was a reasonable price and the service on the day was efficient. However the car was returned absolutely filthy and coated in dust.

Easy to book parking. But wasn’t on the list for the carpark when we arrived. Luckily I had printed confirmation out which made the problem easier to sort.

Booking was simple and we were happy with the price. Our Airport Transfer driver was great, and the car was very comfortable, but the pick up process wasn't as smooth as expected. After arrival we spoke with the pick up office and we waited where we were asked to, but the driver tried to make contact with us via WhatsApp rather than come in to the terminal to meet us. I hadn't connected my data, so we stood for ages waiting before he eventually came in and found us.

The staff at Aspire Lounge are very friendly and polite, the food however is very basic and cheap, the coffee/tea is from a machine and when we were there it was only 1 and a wait. Very limited considering the cost. We use the lounge as it is preferable to being out in the departures area but you certainly pay for the privilege.

Room at the Ibis was convenient for the airport and clean and comfortable. Parking left a lot to be desired. To reach the hotel on foot you have to take a circular route or attempt to cross the double carriageway and take your life in your hands. On return we were given no indication where to find the car in the carpark and the barrier did not rise as we were told it would.We had to press the intercom button three times before anything happened a passerby said it was always happening. We would use the hotel again but not the parking.

Upon collecting car, the drivers footwell still had the protection paper laid down and lots of grass laid on top.

Range of parking options available but considering I've used the site for a while and have travel insurance with you the rewards/discounts are rubbish for loyal customers.

Car park automatic system was great with access and egress great. However, the return transfer bus I was waiting over 30 mins at the airport terminal. A dedicated queuing system has to be put in place at the terminals too to avoid skipping and remove the risk of 'disagreements'

All fine until the dinner we had pre-booked. Very disappointed, we ordered burgers without the bun, they were very dry and overcooked and totally inedibl.
