Everthing on previous trips has gone well but the last time not so i booked parking at Heatrow from 1am arrived at 1.30am only to find the desk closed and no one there.I rang a number that I eventually found on an an email to be told the desk will not open before 3am. I do think that the booking programe should be sophisticated enough to prevent people booking too earlier a time. When somene did eventually turn up at 2.55am he was obsessed with the fact my entrance ticket said 1.30am well I had been there for 1and a half hours so what did he expect other than that things were fine.

Took a while to find a space, and the hotel itself is very dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would probably use this hotel and parking again if needed.

No problem with the parking but think it would be good for edinburgh prem air to notify customers that they have been upgraded to car park 2 before arrival, to save time arriving at car park 1 gates only to be told then. Then on return the ticket did not work to raise barrier. What has happened to registration recognising or was the upgrading records not updated? Car parking and pick ups all fine.

We usually have a great experience with parking at T5 but our plane was slightly late back and we ran to the bus stop and arrived at 23.50 to see a sign saying the last bus left at 11.45 pm. We then took a taxi at great expense to find a bus pulling on as we arrived. When I enquired I was told the last bus was at midnight. I said the sign said 11.45 - the man said that’s at terminal 2 so it’s midnight at Terminal 5. Why on earth doesn’t it say that on the sign at Terminal 5? We had tried to phone the phone number given 5 times whilst on the plane waiting for a gate and in the airport but it wasn’t answered except for saying don’t leave a message -what’s the point of the “on call” number? This is a shame as we have previously been very happy with the service

Dropping off the car was not only difficult due to no car parking spaces but also a bit casual from the staff. The returned car was waiting when we returned but it was coated in tree sap and a white flower.

Having used Jet Parks for the last 10 years I have to say the service isn’t what it used to be , trouble getting through the barriers and then waiting 30 minutes for a bus , not ideal.

The lady who picked us up from the airport was wonderful, she knew our flight was delayed and patiently waited for us. Helped with bags even though we insisted we were fine- her driving was so gentle (yes in Italy!!!) The return journey was not quite the same. The car was uncomfortable as it couldn’t fit in two suitcases, harsh breaking meant that a suitcase was either in my side or in my back every few minutes. A minibus crashed into the back of the car we were in and nothing was really done about it. Granted there was a lot of traffic and I’m grateful we got to the airport on time but this was such an uncomfortable journey.

When we got our car back in the early hours of the morning the steering wheel was set so it was impossible to drive and it seemed to be somebody bored with the job changing all the car settings.

The booking process was easy. I booked LBA short stay which in previous times was directly outside of the terminal. I received an email to say the entrance to the car park was in a different location . On arrival we realised that this is now the premium short stay. We were in what was the medium stay parking area. This was not what we expected and the walk was not easy for my disabled husband. Also on our return we were unable to exit the car park as the barrier told us we owed £640!!. It was quite a while before the help phone was answered, they obviously knew this was happening because as soon as they knew our reg number they said sorry and opened the barrier. I would use holiday extras again to book but next time will use a long stay car park and get the transfer bus as the short/premium stay no longer justify the high prices charged.

They did not. Will not be using Liverpool long stay again. Cheaper to get a taxi. Priced yourselves out of the market.

Very convenient for LBA. No bar food available due to big coach party but very handy to walk to the Pub, Fox & Hound in Bramham

I was unable to change car details on my booking for Jet parks, Stansted si contacted an advisor who said that he would do it for me. Despite this, my registration was not recognised, either entering or leaving the car park and I had to contact Jet Parks to help each time.

Took a while to find a free space at the very back of the car park. 1 bus down so had to transfer to another bus at the gates to go to the terminal. On return, bus stop was overflowing and the bus soon filled for the journey back to the car park. Difficult to see out of the bus windows due to the graphics on the bus so had to stand and keep checking for the right bus stop number!!! Staff all very helpful and polite.

We booked hotel and airport parking, hotel room was clean and comfortable but was disappointed that the tv didn’t work, was told no tv in the hotel was working ? After a long drive was looking forward to relaxing in front of the tv before my early get up, airport parking was great, bus came every 15 min and was quick getting to and from the airport

Having tried T1 m/s parking I much prefer M&G. The m/s parking was virtually full and we hadto park in the open on level 13. This was partially closed off too and very grubby. The continual turning up and down the levels is daunting. M&G for me next time.

The drop off was easy although the company had changed hands between our booking and the date of parking. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced as always. The major difficulty was that with the change of company there is now a £20 additional charge to drop the car at T4 and collect from T5. This is not or was not in the information given to use by Holiday Extras. This is the third time of using the meet and greet park and hotel package and the first time that we have had an additional charge Ievied.

Arrived to book in just behind lots of people booking in themselves attending a convention. Had to wait in line with these before booking in ourselves. Should have had more staff on to speed things up. Otherwise, no complaints.

Leaving car was no problem although we had to keep going to far end to find a space , bus arrived in less than 15 mins for transfer However on return the flight arrived ahead of schedule, thinking we’d get a head start on our 2 1/2 hour journey home Bus transfer didn’t arrive , a Manchester free parking bus gathered the rather longer queue of people, then no soon as we were all aboard it arrived , almost 1 1/2 hrs til we finally got in the road ! Think I’d rather pay the extra for meet and greet !

Got stuck getting out of car park the barrier did not lift. I had to buss to get out and the bloke was just messing me about even though I had my booking reference. Which heald up the people behind me. Not really impressed
