Ryan Air changed our booking Online tried to change booking..would not go through on line Fortunately on line chat gave us a direct line to car parking….where we resolved issue. 5* to HE agent…3* to website

Everything was booked and confirmed that I'd be picked up from the airport to the hotel and then taken back to airport. When arrived at airport found it easily and it took me there, no problems. However for the return no coach arrived, nothing! Was definitely right spot as message had said. Rang the helpline and they said its on its way but late, waited, nothing, so rang back and they said they couldn't help, and hung up! Tried calling again and no one ever picked up! I waited 40mins, and nothing turned up! Ended up getting taxi, completely wasted my time and money!!

The booking process was fine. However i couldnt exit the car park it demanded money from me. Eventually i got hold of someone on the phone who accepted my booking ref. He told me I should have a token.

Hotel and Parking great as always, highly recommend. Negative is that IHG rewards points are not available when booking via Holiday Extras!

Drop off is very convenient and you walk straight into terminal 2. Picking up your keys when collecting your car is simple. Scan your receipt and collect keys from secure key safe. My only gripe is last few times I've used the service the cars are parked very close together making it difficult to enter the car. Also whoever parked it during the week adjusted the drivers seat every which way: height,tilt,recline etc. Is this really necessary as I could see from my tracker that the cars are only moved a short distance. Yet the service is still better than patking on nearby car parks then having to bus in and out

We had used Holiday Extras transfers several times before without any problems. However, this time on arrival at the transfer desk in Tenerife South Airport we were told the driver was on his way, but we had to wait at least half an hour before the taxi arrived, whereas we were expecting, and were told that the driver would be waiting for us. The pick up time for the return journey from the hotel to the airport was not realistic. We had a pick up time if 13:10, and the plane had a departure time of 15:40. Ordinarily this would have been ok, but on the way to the hotel on arrival we noticed large traffic jams in the direction of the airport, and we had also been made aware of long delays at the airport. We spoke to our TUI rep and because of the above issues she suggested a pick up time of 12:00. I spoke to the emergency number and they did amend the pick up time to 12:00, and the taxi arrived at the hotel on time.

Booking was for 8.20pm landing plus 1hr. Good communication when we landed from the driver and said msg when through and outside. We did, 3 mins before the hour was up. Told by the driver we were a “no show” and he hung up. Phoned the contact number to be told, we had landed 5mins early and only had 45mins from landing. Would not listen to me saying we had an hour from 8.20 as per agreement and also hung up! Had to sort taxi but in fairness, Holiday Extra refunded the cost plus £22. First time using this service, will think twice before using again. Also, take screen shots of your messages etc as you will need them.

Drivers arrived on time. Car from the airport was waiting for us, but felt the driver drove very fast and felt slightly uncomfortable. Parking at Gatwick easy. Went to wrong bus stop on arrival at Gatwick and asked a bus driver where the pick up was. He pointed at a bus stop 250 yards further on, then drove to that stop for pick up, leaving us to drag our luggage after him to get on the same bus. We are both 80 yrs of age. Not impressed.

As usual, best priced site for parking at MAN. I am a regular user. The airport facilities at MAN were as usual poor compared to our destination, this time Valencia.

The parking arrangements were excellent. Very friendly driver helped us retrieve our keys. The bed in the Holiday Inn hotel was hard and uncomfortable and we wouldn't stay there again.

When exciting the short stay cat park the barrier stayed up after the car in front went through and wouldn't come back down for me to put in the ticket so ended up having to drive through. Worried that it will get me a charge as I couldn't put the payment card into the machine.

I chose this lounge, thinking it to be better than the cheaper one , I booked last time. However it really was not. Yes the food was better, only marginally. The Biggest downside was queuing at the bar for drinks! Kind of defeated the object of booking the lounge. In the cheaper lounge, they had an ice bucket of wines and you helped yourself. The beers were on tap and you helped yourself, the only drink you had to ask for was cocktail s and prosecco. The whole point of a lounge is not to que.

Booked premium parking at Cardiff airport as we have a large vehicle ! On arrival signage is very poor. Found our space and parked in a slightly larger than normal space ! Three weeks later collected vehicle to find no spaces around us and was forced to move road cones to be able to manoeuvre the vehicle out of the space. Hardly premium parking and not worth the premium price !!

This company is excellent; however, their joint venture provider in Turkey, particularly in Istanbul, lacks reliability and punctuality regarding the car type and timing of bookings. I had three transfer bookings. For the first, the driver did not arrive as per the instructions. When I went outside, another team at a different location assisted me by messaging my provider, who eventually arrived nearly an hour late. For the second transfer from the airport to the hotel, the driver was slightly delayed, and the car provided was much smaller than expected and parked in a different location. This meant we had to navigate to the car park with our disabled guest and their wheelchair. The third transfer, from the hotel to the airport, was much smoother. The driver arrived on time with the correct vehicle, and he was very helpful and friendly.

Ibis hotel staff very helpful for checkin.Room small and bed against the wall,difficult for night time toilet visit. No alarm call system esp given early flight departure.
