As usual, best priced site for parking at MAN. I am a regular user. The airport facilities at MAN were as usual poor compared to our destination, this time Valencia.

The parking arrangements were excellent. Very friendly driver helped us retrieve our keys. The bed in the Holiday Inn hotel was hard and uncomfortable and we wouldn't stay there again.

When exciting the short stay cat park the barrier stayed up after the car in front went through and wouldn't come back down for me to put in the ticket so ended up having to drive through. Worried that it will get me a charge as I couldn't put the payment card into the machine.

I chose this lounge, thinking it to be better than the cheaper one , I booked last time. However it really was not. Yes the food was better, only marginally. The Biggest downside was queuing at the bar for drinks! Kind of defeated the object of booking the lounge. In the cheaper lounge, they had an ice bucket of wines and you helped yourself. The beers were on tap and you helped yourself, the only drink you had to ask for was cocktail s and prosecco. The whole point of a lounge is not to que.

Booked premium parking at Cardiff airport as we have a large vehicle ! On arrival signage is very poor. Found our space and parked in a slightly larger than normal space ! Three weeks later collected vehicle to find no spaces around us and was forced to move road cones to be able to manoeuvre the vehicle out of the space. Hardly premium parking and not worth the premium price !!

This company is excellent; however, their joint venture provider in Turkey, particularly in Istanbul, lacks reliability and punctuality regarding the car type and timing of bookings. I had three transfer bookings. For the first, the driver did not arrive as per the instructions. When I went outside, another team at a different location assisted me by messaging my provider, who eventually arrived nearly an hour late. For the second transfer from the airport to the hotel, the driver was slightly delayed, and the car provided was much smaller than expected and parked in a different location. This meant we had to navigate to the car park with our disabled guest and their wheelchair. The third transfer, from the hotel to the airport, was much smoother. The driver arrived on time with the correct vehicle, and he was very helpful and friendly.

Ibis hotel staff very helpful for checkin.Room small and bed against the wall,difficult for night time toilet visit. No alarm call system esp given early flight departure.

Not sure who's fault my problem was created by,but for whatever reason the barrier on returning would not open,pressed the help button and talked with a member of staff who told me I had to pay extra as my stay had overrun when I explained I had payed for late return cover still existed I had to pay extra,when she checked my booking she gave me the complete wrong numberplate,eventually after telling her I would not be paying any extra she said she would let me out,her tone was as if she was actually doing me a favour .such a shame as have used many times before without any issues.

Everything was fine with Silver Zone apart from our return from the airport to collect our car. Had to wait 45 minutes for the bus. The queue stretched all the way across the terminal building as the rain came down. The lack of buses to deal with the amount of customers put a big dampener (literally) on our experience.

Arrived in awful weather earlier than planned, barrier would not go up, ticket popped out which I took, then worried all holiday I would be charged on way out, but thankfully the barrier went up to let me exit PHEW!!!

Poor transfer on arrival at Arrecife. It took nearly an hour before the transfer even left the airport. Large queues of people and not enough vehicles from the look of things. Better on the homebound part of the transfer but we will look at etting our own taxi next time.

Always use jetparks 3 . It's the best way to park your car and get away with no hassle. The only reason I've reduced the rating this time is because the fee went up astronomically from £70+ to £120+. Same duration, same year... so why such an increase?

on leaving the car at car park 2 a hotel car park that was being built got to Ibis hotel dropped bags of got map to car park but not signed at all well so had to ask for directions got to gate arm to let into car park did not lift so had to speak through intercom to get into car park found parking spot myself was using disability scooter due to area used being built on was fenced of in areas so difficult to get around as bis concreate blooks blocking areas of could not get out of carpark on my disability scooter and also dangerous as no path to ride on around carpark with oncoming cars had to press intercom to speak to someone to be able to exit carpark they lifted the exit arm to let me out while going underneath arm came down towards my head had to lift my arm upwards to stop barrier hitting my head could have knocked me of my scooter hurting me badly it scared me badly and made me very upset. I would not use this area again as safety was not thought through at all.

Pre paid carparking good on your part. Crazy at car park not enough attendants. Asked to be parked in disabled could not open doors for disabled wife to get in.
