Parking of car simple and short walk to airport check in and I have used it many times. However, I thought it was very expensive compared to what I have been charged previously

Booked wider spaces at Edinburgh, getting parked and getting to airport on shuttle bus great. Coming back different story, get on bus and driver watching sport on his phone, asked if this was correct bus he replies without lifting head to acknowledge while still looking at phone.Wife gets on behind me and says hi , same thing.Getting off bus my wife says thanks and monotone answer so I thought I’ll say nothing and get off bus and all I get from driver is ‘Aye, your welcome ‘ which made me raging so started shouting at him .He just drove off while giving me 2 fingers. Charming !!

Liverpool Airport, convenient location, upon arrival barriers did not automatically raise so had to call on site parking company to let me in, same on exit

Room was good. Very clean. No issues with shower and bathroom all good. Only issue was the tv just turned itself off after 2 min. Guess it was on a timer for some reason. Called to desk but no one came. Couldn’t relax with the news or any program as tv just shut itself off. Apart from that no problem. We took the shuttle bus to airport which was fine.

Slow bus transfers due to location and busy traffic times as its a few minutes from airport terminals. Didn't like the gravel in many sections of the car park which made it difficult to move cases. Other car park options preferable but would use again if needed

Nothing wrong with the parking itself. However, half of the car was covered in bird faeces. Not nice when coming back from holidays and car was clean!

Signage to green car park unclear. We ended up doing a loop and going via the airport terminal which cost us £7.00

Disappointed this time with Parking. Tried to get out of car park only for Machine to request Payment of £175 before Barrier would raise. Went into Office with proof we had paid Gentleman sorted it out. Reg put in wrong Another 4 cars gad same problem.

Manchester t2 meet and great is very badly signposted which meant we drove round 3 times trying to find it and were charged to exit the drop off area when we had to go up to get directions. Need more signage.

Directions to car park good, but drove around looking for a parking space. ended up on gravelled area difficult for suitcase movement.

Everthing on previous trips has gone well but the last time not so i booked parking at Heatrow from 1am arrived at 1.30am only to find the desk closed and no one there.I rang a number that I eventually found on an an email to be told the desk will not open before 3am. I do think that the booking programe should be sophisticated enough to prevent people booking too earlier a time. When somene did eventually turn up at 2.55am he was obsessed with the fact my entrance ticket said 1.30am well I had been there for 1and a half hours so what did he expect other than that things were fine.

Took a while to find a space, and the hotel itself is very dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would probably use this hotel and parking again if needed.

No problem with the parking but think it would be good for edinburgh prem air to notify customers that they have been upgraded to car park 2 before arrival, to save time arriving at car park 1 gates only to be told then. Then on return the ticket did not work to raise barrier. What has happened to registration recognising or was the upgrading records not updated? Car parking and pick ups all fine.

We usually have a great experience with parking at T5 but our plane was slightly late back and we ran to the bus stop and arrived at 23.50 to see a sign saying the last bus left at 11.45 pm. We then took a taxi at great expense to find a bus pulling on as we arrived. When I enquired I was told the last bus was at midnight. I said the sign said 11.45 - the man said that’s at terminal 2 so it’s midnight at Terminal 5. Why on earth doesn’t it say that on the sign at Terminal 5? We had tried to phone the phone number given 5 times whilst on the plane waiting for a gate and in the airport but it wasn’t answered except for saying don’t leave a message -what’s the point of the “on call” number? This is a shame as we have previously been very happy with the service

Dropping off the car was not only difficult due to no car parking spaces but also a bit casual from the staff. The returned car was waiting when we returned but it was coated in tree sap and a white flower.
