Pre paid for mid stay at Stansted. Barrier lifted on arrival, not so on departure. Quite a few cars in front of us trying to get out & some idiot thought it would be a good wheeze to start honking his horn - like that's obviously going to resolve the issue. Took about 10 minutes before the barrier eventually started working again. Catching the shuttle from the airport the attendant ( not the driver) was very abrupt, bordering on rude. Told my elderly husband he had to carry our 2 cases to the back of the already packed bus. As I'm disabled I couldn't be much help. Did the attendant offer to help? Nah. Luckily 2 young men did. It's also worth mentioning, when waiting for the shuttle bus, if it's raining you'll get soaked, as there's no cover to wait under

Very easy to find and a very good drop off experience. Very close to the terminal. We paid for security fast track but the service was not available! A lack of signage caused a bit of a palaver getting the lift to the correct level on the return journey. The automatic key box process also failed on several occasions prior to finally working on return!

Totally high cost of parking spoils experience. When trying to decide which parking area to book not easy to compare locations. Having previously parked at Stansted had rough idea of where particular park is located so fairly easy to arrive. Number plate not recognised but call for help did quickly opened barrier. Walk from Yellow park to terminal easy and quick, prefer close proximity as returning alone late at night. Exiting out of yellow park another matter, eventually ended up at an exit but again barrier not automatically opening. Had to call help again, fairly quick to get barrier open. Apart from cost no real complaint.

Good service parking wise/drop off etc, but waiting for bus on return journey can be over 20 mins at times. Which is too long.

Great price for a weeks parking at Edinburgh however when we got back from our trip late last night we found the signage at the airport to the bus shuttle pick up point is extremely poor. The problem arose because we parked our car in the designated area then we stayed at the Moxy so we didn’t actually get dropped off at the pick up point. When we returned from our holiday we had to find the pick up for the shuttle bus Airport staff had us walking back & forth in the freezing cold giving out conflicting information as to where the stop was. I tried calling the number on the booking and got a message saying it was not recognised. Really disappointed to be walking around in the dark looking for the correct area. premier-air park could surely have clear signage in the airport so customers can get to the pick up area quickly and safely All we could see was car park pick up at area H so we headed there but this was not where we were supposed to go and the staff we talked to had absolutely no idea and sent us in completely the wrong place. Disappointed ☹️

unfortunately car registration was not recorded on the parking ticket correctly so initially couldnt gain access to the car park then on exiting the car park we were unable to leave and requested to pay via a credit card after speaking to a gentleman on the phone this was sorted but could of been less stressful if it had actually recorded the correct details on entering the car park!

Good value but encountered serious problems trying to extend my stay whilst delayed At Amsterdam. System down during the day for “routine maintenance” for many hours resulting in many fruitless calls. When I returned to Manchester a day late the system was an absolute nightmare to navigate. Fine if you are not delayed.

Our car was taken and returned okay. This part was good. However at Birmingham Airport the drop off is such a long way from the terminal. Okay if you are young and healthy! Also the trolleys we tried to obtain by payment would not release and we had to go through to the airport to enable us to get them. Surely they should be available closer to drop off. Then a 7 - 10 minute walk with all the cases, in the dark which with all the building alterations and lack of signposting it was rather daunting.

Customer service was good. Food & drinks were so expensive £18 for a burger & chips, drinks were expensive too. £10 for a can of wine. Dont know how they can justify those prices. Parking was a bonus

I had booked and paid for a parking space at Birmingham airport but on arrival the car park was completely full and it was extremely difficult and time consuming to find a space

Hard to make payment when booking online. Hotel functional & convenient. Personnel at parking were pleasant & helpful. Bus was plenty crowded. Reasonable value.

Our instructions for meeting our driver were changed the day before we travelled. The new instruction was to go out of the terminal, across the zebra crossing and he would be waiting on the left. He wasn't. My husband is disabled sand the special assistance guy rang the number on my instructions and there was no reply. He then left us there as he couldn't help any more. I roamed around the area asking other drivers if they knew the taxi firm quoted and no-one did. We waited a long time and I was panicking as I did not know what to do. Eventually he rang me and asked where we were. I said we were at the meeting point we were told but he was waiting in the terminal. When he came along he said we must have landed early but this was about an hour after the meeting time. He was a very nice and helpful driver so all was well that ended well.

The drive experience and parking was very simple , barrier went up straight away and had no trouble in parking plenty of spaces it was just the cost , if they can reduce this I would use it every time

Hotel was very nice silver zone parking staff need to write spaces properly as when I was told my car was in CC zone no car was in CL zone big difference between C and L so easy to solve that problem. An extra 1 hour was put on journey home not a happy bunny 🙃

Stansted airport parking had printed an incorrect letter on our entry ticket. We couldn’t exit the car park without paying a further £500 , we had already pre paid for parking!The help line wouldn’t answer the phone. We contacted holiday extras who eventually sorted it out. Not Holiday extras fault but next time I will check Stanstead have printed the ticket correctly.

Booked return private transfers from / to Los Angeles airport. Driver got in touch the day before to explain pickup. We arrived and messaged as required but had to wait an hour for the driver to arrive. This is not how I interpreted the ‘includes an hours wait’ from the advertising and really not ideal after 18 hours travelling! Return transfer was flawless.

This is expensive now and used to be the best option but I think there’s not a lot of difference in getting a taxi now Also cameras struggles to read 4 D number plates so tried to charge me £124 This was rectified by the guy in the office

Use Holiday Extras all the time, 3 or 4 times a year with no problems to book airport parking. However this time I booked a private transfer from airport to hotel as well. I booked what I believed to be a private transfer which cost £63.04. When arriving at the airport I expected to be met immediately and taken to a car. Instead we were told we had to join the standard taxi rank and queue like everybody else. The queue was very long and we waited for 20 minutes. I could have done this myself with no need to book through Holiday Extras. To add insult to injury, the taxi meter came to €52, which is obviously a lot cheaper. We will not be using this service again. I have since been in touch about it and on 13th October received a reply saying it was being looked into. As of today 25th October I haven’t heard anything else.
