Parking is fine. Hotel room very tired, filthy carpets. Staff are very helpful.

Manchester drop and go, excellent service for drop off but really long (20 mins +) wait for transfer bus to terminal 2, too far to walk so no choice other than to wait and wait. Coming back the bus was better but key collection totally unmanned, just left to figure it out ourselves. Overall close but no cigars. Holiday Extras were fine as a service provider, but drop and go was meh. Could have been v good with a few tweaks.

I booked a Speedy Shuttle service from Heraklion Airport to Stalis. When I received I received no information on where to find this. Eventually I found a taxi driver had been instructed to take me to Stalis. This was fine and I was pleased. However, for my return journey I received NO information at all on my journey. I phoned every number on your paperwork but no one answered. This meant my last day was spoiled by the stress and worry of this. Eventually I discovered from Orbis that a taxi would collect me at 8pm for my flight. I feel that your admin system is not very efficient and caused me needless worry.

Easy to enter the car park and park. However the bus transfer back from the airport took longer than 12 minutes to arrive (this is what it said on the sign post of how long the bus takes to arrive). This caused big queues and packed busses

quite expensive, driver on the outbound leg was excellent but the driver on the return leg allowed passengers to drop cases in the aisle which was extremely inconvenient to other passengers not to mention dangerous

Dropping off was easy, picking up was a bit of a faff. Was sent across to office in middle of car park and was told I had to go up a floor to other office via staircase. Come back down to my luggage and scanned ticket to find my car was on next level. Not exactly meet and greet when you’re messed about. True meet and greet as I remember from years ago is when you were met personally upon departure and arrival.

Purple Parking at Heathrow entails long wait and slow return drive to return from T2 to parking lot. Be prepared for 45 mins.

Radisson Blu excellent and quiet. Stayed several times if early flight. Car was ready for collection on return although wing mirrors would not work and car looked dirty. Made us wonder where it had been parked. Even the interior car passenger mat needed a good hoover. Looked like sand had been spilled. Other than that all fine.

Good location and parking however expensive in the hotel and transfer to airport a rip off ! It’s a few mins charged 25 quid on way back a normal London cabbie 12 quid. If your staying with a child there are no family rooms they wheel in the smallest skinny pull out bed ever so not really ideal for what you pay for here

The parking all went well, but the arrangements for exiting the "orange car park barrier" is difficult. long queues with many persons unable to operate the ticket scanning machine, I was unable to scan my ticket & could only raise the exit barrier by paying an exit fee of £6.00 when the fee had already been included in the parking charge.

Overall, all went well. The shuttle bus service was however slow and the buses overcrowded.

Only positive is the car was on time, but had obviously been parked outside it had loads of bird droppings over it

Couldn't fine a car parking space had to wait until someone left, coming home was the worst bit of our journey we were left waiting for 25 minutes on cold windy night standing at the bus stop.

I booked Cobhall parking. It isn’t too bad but it’s very poor value for money- shuttle bus- had to wait for nearly 30mins outside, so when you are travelling to warm weather country, you don’t really wear too many layers. Bus driver- not helpful at all.older people had to put their luggage on shelves themselves which you never expect from other parkings. Overall- it wasn’t worth money as you can get eg. Purple Parking for few quid more.

The Hilton at Gatwick may be super convenient and the Japanese themed restaurant food was very tasty, but the rooms are very bland and boxy. Cophall parking worked quite well too, but the bus journey does add 30 minutes to your trip.

Great service in terms of punctuality and immediately looking after you. I just wish the drivers wouldn't leave muddy footprints in the car.

Bus turned up after a fair old wait. Swapped drivers outside the pub then continued after they had enjoyed a chat. Reached the first stop in the car park then the driver announced I have to stay here for a few minutes so you can walk to your car from here! We did so and still got out of the car park before the bus had left the first stop. In conclusion, highly priced and punctuated with unnecessary waits!

The general service provision was pretty easy to use and the staff were helpful however, upon our return from holiday our car appeared to be been left in a place where the Mancunian avian population had used our car as a public lavatory! I appreciate that it is difficult to control such events but, common sense tells you not to park customers cars in areas that are clearly well populated with birds. We have used other airport parking providers and never experienced such matters. Please try to be more considerate in future. It is not nice to return from holiday to a car covered in guano!
