Newcastle parking walkable long stay was fine. However, asking a question about the parking plus hotel combination was impossible. Holiday Extras were totally unhelpful.

I advance booked a 7 day stay in T2 West multi storey park. No problems on arrival but when leaving 7 days later I drove up to the exit barrier, expecting my reg to be recognised and the barrier to lift. It didn’t. The display screen showed only a video loop saying “insert token”. I didn’t have a token so I decided to reverse out and try a different barrier . This was not as easy as I thought, the traffic was heavy, the light was poor and the the gap narrow. I got too close to the guard rail and scratched the paintwork on my near side door. When I finally arrived at the control panel I found the same token video playing. This panel had a button labelled “talk” so I called the operator who asked for my registration number before releasing me. All in all, a sad end to my holiday.☹️

My flight was cancelled I tried to cancel on line but the website I couldn’t call until office hours and there was no live chat in the night. Therefore I had no option to cancel. Once I got a hold of Holiday Extras they said they could refund me as the parking time has passed. I tried to explain that they provided no option to cancel in the night so it wasn’t my fault and it was there’s as they didn’t provide that option. They still refused to refund the money. The issue has been taken to the ombudsman.

Booked Meet and Greet Parking at Heathrow Terminal 5. On my return, I was due to pick up my car at 01:30, but they called me to say they were short staffed and didn't have anyone to bring the car to Terminal 5. Instead, they gave me a postcode to where my car was parked which was a 12-minute drive from Terminal 5. I'm a woman and I had to travel by taxi to where my car was parked at 1 am !!! Not only was I scared, but it's not the service I paid for!

When we arrived back to Manchester after a very long delayed flight our car had been parked outside of the undercover area at the end of green bay 8. It was covered in hard packed snow and ice. While we appreciate that the weather had been extremely bad other passengers cars on the same flight had been cleared of snow and were parked under cover and ready to drive. The whole object of meet and greet is that your car is ready to just drive away not spend twenty minutes cleaning away ice and snow. Very very dissappointed with the service.

Wouldn't use again very little choice with food and alcohol both was awful never ate or drank total waste of money hash browns were like cardboard could only be served 2 drinks at a time even tho there was 3 of us would rather sit in main part of airport

Always use holiday extras but this time was awful as when I returned to my car I've received a ticket as a contravention has occurred!!

The room was dingy bed small and uncomfortable room over the ac units noisy all night reception not helpful I’ve stayed here previously and been reasonably comfortable will thing twice before returning

Really awful experience. The hotel was next to the terminal however the car parking was 25 minutes away. No parking available at the hotel, 4 disabled people in the party, very disorganised and unhelpful staff at hotel and via holiday extras.

When I booked with Holiday Extras I wanted an on-airport car park. I was told that this was the case, I even asked "is that the one in the same block as the Premier Inn North?" I was told yes it was. On arrival at Premier Inn we were told that the car park was off airport and closer to East Grinstead!! I feel totally ripped off and was sold a service that was not what was promised! Never again! If I had booked the Cophall Parking and the Premier Inn separately I would have saved over £100!!!!

Barrier wouldn't open on approach. It took nearly 15 mins to find a parking space, ended parking in little more than a muddy field. Waited nearly 30 mins for a bus to airport. All in all from entering carpark to arriving at airport took nearly an hour. Not what I was expecting. Will not be using again!!

I didn’t realise this was ‘key drop’ parking. Whether that was unclear or I just dudnt notice when I booked, I don’t know. I return to find my car moved which I guess is what they do? I always ensure everything in my car is off & my wing mirrors folded in everytime I park. My seat position was totally changed, my wing mirrors weren’t folded in, my windscreen wipers were halfway across the windscreen & my radio blasting Heart FM? The outside of my car was absolutely plastered in bird poo. It looked like a bucketful of sloppy sand & cement had been tipped over it. I took photos & went straight back in to show them & their response was because it’s ‘an act of God’!

Did not turn up. Could not contact them. Normal contact number + emergency telephone number + desk at the airport could not help. Had to get public transport. Compensation link did not work as it did not recognise my booking. All in all a zero.

Moxy hotel was great but parking was not at hotel. It was a 10 min bus ride away car park not situated at hotel. Very misleading

Car park was closed upon arrival and had to pay for another car park. I have called and you informed me that my claim is being dealt with but I have heard nothing. Very angry will never book with you again

Meet and Greet, it isn’t. Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered in my life and I travel a lot. It is not as advertised… ‘Seamless service - parking is done for you. Our most popular meet & greet.’ Given a card with a threat… ‘Due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges.’ We called as soon as the luggage was collected, walked immediately to pick up our car. Took 4 minutes to get there. Rushed to beat the 10 minutes penalty threat. Was made to wait out in the cold for around 25 minutes with two children after a long journey home. No information provided when requested. Staff unhelpful. There were several other unhappy customers present also.
