Poor booking experience. Had to contact customer service to get my booking confirmed, which was both frustrating and time wasting. The booking information forwarded to the car park was incorrect and gave the reference number in place of my car registration number. I had supplied this correctly when making my booking. This meant that I was not able to enter or exit the car park automatically and had to contact car park customer support at the gate on both occasions. Again, both frustrating and time wasting.

I paid 68 pounds the food had been there all night it was cold dry over cooked the coffee was not much better we sat there for two hours and the same food was there when we left very expensive for 4 bottles of beer never again what waste of money

Stansted Airport had another system failure, so our holiday was a non starter. I’d taken Holiday Extra insurance for a late return but we had the opposite problem so now I’m out of pocket.

Same booking as last year went to same carpark and ended up paying £120 to get out of the long stay carpark. No where near enough information.

Manchester T2 West car park is a nightmare - 20 min queue to get in - queues to find a parking space. No signage to tell you how to get from the car park into the terminal in the lifts. Went from level 4 down to 1 to find someone to ask then had to go back up to level 3 whilst dragging cases around. Not at all impressed... never again!

Not happy when they ask me re pay full amount when leaving the car park after when I had already pre paid and book and not let us out of the car park

Nice staff but the drop off point is too far away from the airport with 3 cases and an infant. We got picked up at 10.30pm and they sent a mini bus too small for all the passengers so we had to wait 30 minutes in the cold with a 9 month old baby until the moni bus came back. Would never book again, I would urge anyone to book the Southend airport parking instead.

Tried contacting Hokiday Extras regarding amending tbe time of the transfer collection and Holiday Extras offered no help whatsoever and just quoted their terms and conditions. Spoke the hotek recpetion and they were more than haopy to help and contactdd the local transfer company. Wont be using Holiday Extras again. Once they have your money they dont care.

I’m very disappointed with the way Holiday Extras dealt with my complaint. After discovering damage to my vehicle while it was parked at one of their partner sites (Airparks Luton), I reported it immediately. Unfortunately, Holiday Extras refused to take the issue seriously and simply referred me to their terms and conditions, without making any effort to investigate or offer support. As a customer, I expected at least a proper review of the incident and some level of accountability — not a generic response dismissing my concern. I won’t be booking through Holiday Extras again unless they take customer complaints more seriously in future.

Would strongly advise to not book Airport transfers with Holiday Extras. Our flight was delayed by 3hours and on top of the stress of the delay, 2 small children etc. having to worry about being left without transfers ruined the start of our holiday. Holiday extras is an intermediary and it was clearly apparent! The phone number given for the transfer provider wasn’t working and no way to contact holiday extras. On top of that due to having signal issues on the plane the app wasn’t working properly and my booking got cancelled, I found out the day after that I wasn’t getting any refunds. Not only this but when I managed to contact holiday extras through whatsapp via msging I was advised that they couldn’t help. I was contacted after making a complaint however 8 days and no response. Feedback would be make it easier to help customers who are in a vulnerable position and make it easier for customers to contact you! No family should be left at a foreign airport worrying about how to start a holiday!

Holiday Inn was excellent however DO NOT USE AIRPORT PARKING MANCHESTER. Waited 50 minutes to be picked up, they also kept our car key which we were not happy about! On return a couple’s car had been moved to an unsecured location and vandalised - smashed windows. They had a really bad attitude too. Never Again… Please check all reviews before using this car park.

Cab driver in Budapest did not recognise the Holiday Extras booking number, despite numerous attempts to convince him. It meant we were stuck waiting at arrivals for a cab to turn up that never did. Felt massively let down by Hol Extras despite the cab driver calling 2 hours after arrival to apologise. We lost 1 evening of a short weekend break so not impressed at all. Also attempts to wash hands of the blame for this is very disappointing and not something I would have expected of Holiday Extras.

Holiday extras did a fine job booking the Manchester Airport Parking, no complaints there. But my car came back from the Drop and Go parking with an extra 80-90 miles on it!

I would usually not review than write a bad one but I felt I needed to. The room was basic as expected but it didn’t feel clean and my son even wanted to sleep in his clothes. The taxi to the airport was great though, however upon return I called for collection, they seemed confused about who I was and told me to book my own taxi as there was no-one available.

I was very disappointed this time . I have booked till 18.00 hrs but was asked to pay £10 at 17.42. I was very disappointed to say the least . I will not use this company again unfortunately. I have used this company for many years as iam a regular traveller . So disappointed

Car not ready on pick up. Almost an hours wait after a long already delayed journey. Before they sourced our vehicle to be dug out from the middle of the park we had a lively discussion in re of if we’d booked the correct time for pick up. We had - turns out they entered the wrong instructions. Complained to H Extras no reply as yet… pretty useless all round!

Premium Red Carpark at Gatwick. Listed as a 1-4 minute walk to the terminal. It is at least a ten minute walk.
