When I arrived all was great. I explained that the car key can’t be left in the vehicle at all as it will lock itself although I can remotely open it if this happens so I clearly marked the paper work. While I was away I had an alert that my vehicle had been unlocked and the door was open so I called blue circle up and asked why and with in 2 minutes the car was secured again. 3 minutes later the car again is unlocked so I messaged the company and explained that the car had again been unlocked and the tracker activated as it had been started, 2 minutes later the car has moved literally meters and then parked up again and locked again. When I landed at Heathrow I messaged and called to say I would be around 1 hour getting out of the air port. I then get an alert to say the car had been started and was moving. Then I received a call 5 minutes later saying the car was ready for collection to which I explained that I had just called and said I would be another hour. When I got to collect the car I asked why someone had been in the car and started it. The reason was to move it to another car park. When I showed them the pictures and info on the car they couldn’t explain this and said check your car. Still no idea why they would need to enter my car and move it literally meters and they also can’t explain this.
