Hotel had issues with bathroom facilities, poor quality and overpriced food at the restaurants, then to cap it all off, we had to wait 40 minutes for blue circle to bring the car back to Heathrow after we had picked up our bags and called them as instructed.
We might as well have got the train!!!!
